Where do I even begin…. the tables were messy, it wasnt even busy.. We came here for my son’s birthday as he wanted wendys. We get our meal for 7 people and his kids cheeseburger was missing. My sandwich was just a classic chicken, it was supposed to be an asiago chicken ranch. My husband goes up to tell them (very politely) and the manager was called over. She just said, “WHAT?” and was super rude and snippy about it. They took the sandwich back, added cold cheese and handed it back. They gave my son his missing cheeseburger with also cold cheese on it. The manager was very rude about the whole thing. They obviously did not care AT ALL. She was super disrespectful when all we asked was for the meals we paid for. I emailed corporate as well.

I have never had a correct order from this Wendy’s location. Every single time I ask for a custom sandwich with specific ingredients like sweet onion or crispy onions, they completely ignore it. It’s like they don’t even care to check the order, just slap together a basic sandwich and hand it over, no matter what was actually requested. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds. I’ve been to many Wendy’s, but this branch is easily the worst I’ve experienced. If you value getting what you actually ordered, I’d suggest steering clear of this place.

Don’t go here. People were rude. Took forever to get the food. As we were waiting 10+ minutes for food in drive thru line, we watched two employees walk out and drink a forty together then walk back in to finish their shift. They kept forgetting parts of people’s orders as well. Food was cold. In case any management is reading this review, they were drinking approximately 5:15 in the afternoon on February 16th near the door of the drive-thru exit.

Went through drive through and I ordered a baconator large combo, a small chili, and a bacon and cheese potato. I got a baconator that wasn’t fully cooked, a potato that was too hard, half a small cup of chili, 2 hand fulls if crackers, and the tea tastes like dish soap. I will be calling corporate and letting them know a secret shopper was in and the store failed.

Food was ok ! drive throw was out of order! Mens bathroom was ok needed cleaning , woman’s bathroom was ok reported by the ther half, thay have kiosks for ordering in the dinning room, 2 where down , also soda machine was down, thay need some work but the worker where friendly so A+ there

Go at 1030pm and they always say “no frosty’s” .. even though they are open till 1am.. not okay. Went and got a Dave’s Triple, Large fry. And got a measly looking fry container, which looks like it’s a medium size, that has enough fries for a small fry, at best. We constantly have issues going up there and this will be the last time we visit this Wendy’s.

there’s a kiosk in the front of the store, I was using to place my partner and I’s order. We were approached by a female and she had asked if we would rather take our order at the register. My girlfriend and I were still trying to figure out what we wanted, as to why we were using the kiosk she was SUPER polite about it, she seemed to understand that.. we were then approached by a guy after she had walked away 2-3 mins INSISTING we order at the register.. but there’s a kiosk option for a reason. So we continued to use the kiosk, he had a bad attitude and no customer service skills at all WHATSOEVER! after we paid he looked at us and was like how many cups do you need, as if our order doesn’t get sent to a screen. I’ve worked in fast food out through my high school years and HAVE never asked someone how many cups do they need with an attitude like we were being a bother!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful employees. I had to check my order at the counter because it took a while for us to get the food. The kid meals were wrong and when I asked them to get remade, they got an attitude. I told them we were missing three meals and they said they had given us all the food and said they sat it on the counter. After getting another attitude, she turned around and found out that she put it back under the heater. When I checked the other bags, my sandwich was made wrong, and I dealt with it because I heard the employee mumble under her breath, is this white chick really going to look through all the bags. I just looked at them and said have a good day and walked out. My sandwich was so soggy I couldn’t even eat it. I do not recommend this place. Wouldn’t of been as bad if they weren’t so rude!

The chicken nuggets were absolutely horrible. Zero flavor. The fries were also borderline tasteless. The drink selection in the big wonderful multi-flavored machine was depleted. Very disappointing.

I will start by saying that I don’t like fast food and rarely eat it. We needed to stop for dinner on a drive and ended up at this Wendy’s restaurant.

The food was fair and the service was nonexistent. They had kiosks to order the food.

There was a homeless guy sitting outside of the restaurant who came in frequently. Then he took a table in the restaurant for at least twenty minutes.

My suggest.
Ion is find a different place to eat.
