Always a pleasant experience at Panera Bread and you can’t never go wrong ! We ordered the Pick Two combo with broccoli cheddar soup and a small sandwich that comes with a side of apple. Everything was fresh and tasty. Their pastries are amazing as always, and honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t enjoy. A great spot for a quick, satisfying meal with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

We were told we could get breakfast, then told that the egg they had left was no longer available. We ordered other items anyway.
I ordered a creme brulee bite. I got a chocolate thing instead.
All in all in line for 40 minutes, terrible customer service.

I think people expect too much from Panera based on some of these reviews.
I was really craving my usual (grilled cheese) and an orange scone and came thru the drive thru. Your employee Parker was very nice and found one despite originally thinking they were out, it made my day. Cheers

I always enjoy my meal here. The new Harvest Medley Chicken Salad is good. The food is prepared quickly and tastes great. I like the variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. The tables are clean and it’s got a nice “Panera” vibe.

Had a strange-tasting salad, so I took the lettuce out, but then saw the caprese also meant lettuce sandwich. The manager was extremely nice, let me replace both of the 2-in-1 combo deals. Prob best customer service/ concern over quality assurance I’ve ever experienced, as far as tasty food goes!
***Oh, but I was also confused about the bathrooms- they had a passcode thing on them, but they’re not for employees only, I saw a non-employee come out of one, so if you need to use them, maybe ask for that code?… ♀️***

its a panera chain location, but this one is SUPER inconsistent. the quality of their food is different every time i go. different bread on the sandwiches, different consistency of the mac and cheese, etc. they are also out of stuff CONSTANTLY. i understand that they cant control what people order, but youd think that being out of mac and cheese and sandwich bread and all the bagels would mean they would order more at a time, perhaps? its just okay. its panera but this location is a little lackluster.

Ordering your favorite sandwich with a side of soup couldn’t be easier than going up to one of their kiosks and placing your custom build order. You specify Down to the salt and pepper what you want. The soups vary so pick your favorite. Beware, these soups are not necessarily the healthiest for you. Nor is the bread roll that’s optional with your meal. The prices for a sandwich and soup can be almost $20, so come prepared. The food is good but if you’re on a budget, you may to skip this place for now. Make your sandwiches the old fashioned way. Like mom use to make! Thanks Mom!

We came her for lunch yesterday. We used the self order kiosk. The user interface was quite easy to use! Our food was served hot and fresh. The manager was kind enough to inform us our meal was ready since we didn’t get a text notification. I got the macaroni grilled cheese sandwich with French onion soup (extra cheese). Though the soup lacked broth flavor they used gruyere cheese which is always the best cheese for French onion soup and many places don’t use it. So props to panera. The sandwich was cheesy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The side of French bread was a little stale and tough but it was perfect for dipping in my soup. My wife got an iced caramel machiato drink, which tasted “a little milky” perhaps because of the shear volume of whip cream which melted over time. She got the pepperoni flatbread and really liked it. When I tried a slice, I thought it was lacking in sauce, but I guess “flatbread” pizza isn’t supposed to have too much sauce. The fruit cup we got had fresh and juicy chunks of pineapple, melon, and honeydew melon . We ended with a cookie which was large and quite delicious. It was firm, dense, but chewy with lots of chocolate. Our meal cost $33 which is fair since panera is a step up from fast food. Will be back!

Generally run down and service is terrible. No one talks to you and when you ask them for help they all act like you are inconveniencing them. Their whole system seems broken here. Ordered a coffee on the way out and the only coffee that was left was old and lukewarm. I feel like this chain in general has really fallen in its quality anyway.

Where do I even begin. I’m so mad at myself actually for spending SO MUCH money here. It’s wildly expensive for the food you actually get. I can tell it’s just been reheated and it’s subpar at best. The staff was so snotty and rude to me and I have no clue why. I will never go to this Panera again and idk if I’ll go to Panera anywhere else because of my experience here. If you’re reading this and wondering if you should go here, just go somewhere else, I promise you’ll be happier.
