If happiness were fried, buttered, and served with sweet tea, it would be Bojangles. From that first whiff of Cajun seasoning to the last crumb of a buttery biscuit, this place delivers comfort food like it’s a competitive sport—and they’re undefeated. Crispy chicken that crunches just right, biscuits so good they deserve their own fan club, and sweet tea that could solve most of life’s problems.
Bojangles doesn’t just serve food; it serves reliability. You walk in hungry, you walk out smiling, possibly carrying a box that’s heavier than expected because “might as well add one more biscuit.” The staff keeps things moving, the flavors stay consistent, and the experience is always on point—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a “this day deserves fried chicken” kind of dinner.
We truly appreciate Bojangles and enjoy stopping by regularly while we’re out servicing customers across Eastern North Carolina. It’s a dependable pit stop that keeps us fueled, happy, and ready for the next job. Good food, fast service, and Southern flavor done right—we’re grateful every time we swing through.
Bottom line: Bojangles earns all five stars and then some. Come hungry, leave happy, and don’t forget the sweet tea.

God awful service. They just want to get you out their line as fast as possible and they don’t care what they hand you. Ordered a 3 Piece Combo? Here’s 2 and mashed potatoes. Oh you wanted a Cheddar bo. Automatic 5 minutes but it’s really 10. Not ashamed to hand to a rock hard biscuit either.

They food was great. The staff, not so much. There was a lady working the inside food line that needed to be retrained I guess. She got confused when my 4 piece white meat meal with Cajun fries would not fit all on one plate. The other boxed orders had her opening and closing all of the boxes 3 or 4 times. This made for an extremely slow moving line. To her credit our orders were correct. There was some younger dark haired fat kid just standing around and avoiding eye contact when I needed my sweet tea refilled. A lady behind me asked him to help. He then pointed to the slow lady and replied “she’ll help you in two minutes!” as he bolted out of a side door. It took close to 15 minutes to get our refills.

Even if l visit a restaurant at 4pm, l paid for a good meal and that is my expectation. Today’s Pork chop combo was HORRIBLE. Everything was old and DEFINITELY should have been discarded earlier. The biscuit was crumbling, the pork chop was dry and the fries were luke warm and double salted. This was disappointing and definitely not the Bojangles standard.

If you ever go to bojangles on 70 highway coming into goldsboro and want your money’s worth don’t go have been twice ,pieces of chicken were smaller than a chicken tender ,people working had bad attitudes if I didn’t already pay would have gone somewhere else ,,,,pictures attached with size of chicken sure not worth the 9.00 bucks spent

Cashier #430453 was rude and should not be working drive thru or needs to be properly trained. This is a customer service job and needs to be treated as such. In a world where there is so many customer service jobs and food industries and choices it is key to use the best of the best. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years and the behavior today of taking my cc out of my hand and not saying thank you or handing me my food without so much as even looking at me and saying “Thank you”! There was absolutely no customer service with her and I hope you do better because I will not be a repeat customer here.

Chris, the manager had things running super smooth. Best experience at a Bojangles. I’m a member of the USAF and I appreciate the service and the cleanliness of the establishment.
