Went there today and made an odd order through the drive truh.We are eating low carb and simply asked for no bun on our burgers. The staff double checked with us before making them for us and had us pull forward. I knew we were in for a wait then, because even on a standard order a lot of Hardee’s a very slow. Turns out I was totally wrong, they had our burgers out to us in about 4 minutes! The burgers were neatly wrapped in lettuce, made to perfection, hot, juicy, fresh and absolutely delicious! I don’t know what this Hardee’s has going on but the others should come to them and learn. The crew was courteous, quick, and the cooking was great. The best burger I’ve had at Hardee’s in a very long time. The owner,manager and crew should be proud of what they have there!

I only got to smell the delicious food.

Waited 20+ minutes for my order at the table and never got it. Ended up having leave hungry.

Also, this place has a hood vent problem. The dining area should not be filling up with smoke from normal cooking processes.

The service was fast. No smile with service. Employees seemed rushed but that comes with the territory. The chicken biscuit was extremely toxic. Within 45 minutes of eating it I have been on the toilet three times. Sanitary kitchens should be mandatory in the fast food industry. I’ll not be back to this store. This is miserable trying to work from the toilet

I wanted to sincerely thank Mr. Tony Harmon, night manager at the Hardee’s in Boone, NC and if it was possible, I would leave him a 10 star review. On 12/19 at or around 7pm, my wife stopped and got us a couple of combo meals, only to realize when she got home, that there were missing items and that she had also been overcharged. She called and spoke with Tony and explained what happened and he said that if there was any way that we could stop by today (12/20), that he would be happy to make things right and did he ever! He gave us a huge discount, comped us a couple of apple pies and was MORE than generous with the food portions that we ordered, to include a generous portion of fresh hot fries. Hardee’s should be extremely proud to have a manager that is dedicated to customer service like Tony showed us, and would be extremely lucky to have 3 or 4 more employees just like him. Once again, thank you Tony for your kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make a simple, honest mistake right! We shall see you again very soon, and we’ll happily be arranging a time and place we can take you out for a meal of your choice! Merry Christmas pal, and thanks again!!

Our son’s group meets here every Thursday morning, and the Hardee’s team is always so kind and welcoming! They treat the kids with such warmth and make everyone feel comfortable. We really appreciate how they take care of the group each week. Thank you for being so awesome!

Kyasha went above and beyond. Best customer service yet… and I mostly get top-notch, excellent service at the E. King street (in Boone, NC) location.

Not thrilled with the AI order taker. Will get a person quickly, if I ask for 1. Already missing the peach ice tea.

My son comes here every Thursday morning at 7am with his youth group and they absolutely love it. The staff is so sweet and helpful to them. Genuinely going to be a core memory of his as he gets older!!

I should have known something was up when there were no clean tables even though they weren’t super busy. We waited 20 min for our order before one of the employees came over to tell us that they had lost our order. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. He apologized and retook our order. While we waited (again), I went to the restroom. I’ve been in cleaner gas station bathrooms. When he finally brought our food, the employee who took our reorder told us he upgraded my teen daughter’s small fry to a medium. That’s it? Woop-de-do. On the bright side, the fries were decent. On the downside, my sandwich looked like something from a kids meal. I ordered the ham and cheese. It had 2 pieces of ham and half a piece of cheese on it. Not worth the money and definitely not worth the wait. We will not be back.

So I have Covid. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I pull in and don’t see any signs for pickup. I pull to the drive thru and the young lady didn’t know what I meant when I explained. Manager came to window. He was very willing to help. He told me they had no sweet tea. I was fine settling for coke. My fries were cold so he accommodated me by making more. Extremely polite. I hardly give bad reviews on restaurants/fast food, but the burger I ordered was old, or rather had been sitting out. It was hard and void of mayo which it comes with. And overcooked. I like it done but this was like a burger you leave out and try to enjoy 5 hours later. Yea, nobody does that. Very disappointed. The only thing I can’t complain about was the managers attitude and friendliness. Had I checked it before leaving I’m sure he would have exchanged it~
