I’ve never really had a good experience at this location. The food is never fresh & hot, it’s always undercooked, & they barely put any toppings on the burgers. The food looks nothing like they show on the advertisements or on the menu. Prices are just a little too high for the quality and quanity you receive. I also hate the fact that you have to order on the kiosk all the time because there’s no one ever at the front to help assist. The staff are kind of rude & not very helpful. I’ve reached out to them several times and they never get back to me. That’s exactly why I gave this location 1 star.

as I was eating my delicious apple pie, I felt something in my mouth that didn’t seem right. I stopped eating, went in my mouth, only to see a finger nail. now idk if this is a fingernail or not but it does look so familiar.
MCDONALDS LAKE STREET, YALL BETTER COUNT YALL DAYS!!! I LITERALLY ALMOST SWALLOWED THIS! I don’t know if anyone is using gloves or not, But not using your gloves is disgustingly unsanitary and nasty. Use your gloves and wash your hands properly. Because the next time I find a fingernail in my apple pie, I am going to report this to health department

I went to get breakfast this morning. I placed it on the kiosk which was super easy. Once I recieved my order I headed out, minutes later as I’m in my car leaving I realize I was missing an item. I called 5 times to the location so I could either get a refund or come back another time, I got no answer. Super disappointed because this Mcdonald’s is usally very good at keeping a good track record with customers. My sandwich wasn’t worth 100$ but it’s inconvenient to have to always check your bag to see if you have all your items, especially when you trust the location.

Long walk to the door from parking our car, we could hear ppl doing drugs in the bathroom and the food order got mixed up and wasn’t all that great. Not happy at all.

They forgot my monopoly pieces twice in 3 visits! Then they act annoyed when I have to ask them if they remembered them this time. Besides that they’re pretty average. Sometimes you get food that you can tell has been sitting for too long. Sometimes it’s really good.

They seem to have a problem getting orders right. I say 80 % of the time my friend has 2 send her order back. We only keep going 2 this McDonald’s is because it’s the closest one 2 where we live.

The Hispanic woman that was there was very rude, she started yelling at the customers “you need to use the kiosk” I can’t get no one, then 2 minutes later she rings some one up with cash.
Also was very mean with an elderly man who needed help with the kiosk, then yells at him when he didn’t know how to complete the order.
In all my years of coming in contact with rude workers, this by far was the worst, she kept sighing every 5 seconds and running back and forth then one minute later laughing in Spanish with her co-workers.
I will never stop here again, well at this location anyway.

McDonald’s is a nice place it has a quiet atmosphere and the people and the employees there are friendly and very helpful stop in and have yourself some chicken nuggets

Not sure why everyone is mentioning “dine in”….there is NO lobby for guests to sit and eat their food.
Additionally, not sure who anyone heard anyone doing drugs in a restroom considering there is NOT one for guests (paying or not).
I’m not putting this store or its employees down, but I thought of how much I wished I had known about the lobby not existing and that I was not able to use restroom.
Despite all of that, however, I was impressed by the good service.
