We stopped in for breakfast as we traveled through town. We had sausage egg and biscuit with potatoes (great deal on that meal!) and Sunshine skillet. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The food took a little longer than it should. We weren’t in a rush.

the food was fine, but it took 45 minutes out of our day to get three small plates of breakfast. the drinks were mostly ice, so in maybe two big sips it was gone. i got the honey chicken french toast and the other two got the farmers choice breakfasts. and for some reason, even though it was christmas week, the music was so loud it was hard to hear someone across the table. i would not nessisarily recommend.

Absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Took my family to dinner, the place was absolutely slow maybe 6 people in the whole restaurant. Ordered our food at 5:45pm all literally simple meals pancakes , eggs and sausage links. By 7:10pm we Still had NOT received our food. Might I reiterate the place was super slow. What’s even more ridiculous is the manager on duty wasn’t touching tables literally playing on his phone the entire time, waitress and cook yelling at each other and we could hear them clearly across the entire restaurant, asked our waitress what was taking so long only to be told online orders are priority over dine in guests yet I only saw 1 online orders go out the entire time we was there. Needless to say I will Never be back to this location and I only hope and pray corporate steps in and restructures this entire place and restaffs the place as it’s an absolute disgrace

Take this seriously! Do not stop here if you want service, because you will regret it. I stopped here with a group of people and I didn’t take the reviews seriously and I’ll never stop here again. I sat there for 15 minutes and the waiter never came over and finally went to the cashier and asked if I’m gonna receive service or do I have to walk out and go somewhere else! She said oh someone will be with you right away. 10 minutes later the waiter came and blew me a line how she didn’t see me. Mind you I was in plain sight, not in a corner. And I immediately told her I want water to drink and gave her my order. I sat there for 10 minutes before she brought me the water. And then another 20 minutes before she brought me my food which was COLD. I ate most of it because I was hungry. The food was on this huge plate and it was only a tiny portion, it looked absolutely ridiculous. She never came to check if I needed water, coffee or ask how the food was.
You can imagine how disgusting this whole experience was.
When I went to pay the cashier asked how everything was and I said HORRIBLE, the service and the food. She said let me go get the manager. She went in the back and then came out and said the manager will be out shortly. I told her no, I already wasted to much of my time at this place and I’m not looking for the manager to come out and give me a free meal. That’s not why I’m complaining, I’m complaining because no one deserves such awful service and it’s time to get rid of those people who provide awful service. She tried to apologize, but I don’t want those empty words, just fire those people or train them correctly.
I paid and left with no intention to ever go back. It was the most disgusting service I EVER had at a Bob Evans and it’s a shame!!

We went there last night and it was a horrible experience! The waitress was rude and ignored us most of the time. Our food sat in the window under the lights for over 15 mins before she brought it to our table and it was cold. We had to ask for everything from silverware and napkins. The food was terrible!! I’ve never seen so much grease on a plate. What is the black stuff on the fries, hash browns and pancakes???!!! It was inedible! My granddaughter got the kids Mac and cheese and it came in a small bowl and was 2 bites worth. I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen and grill is! The health department should pay a visit. I’ll never visit another Bob Evans after this experience!!

We went today for lunch. Waited ten minutes for them to even take our drink order. Got our drink order and gave them our orders for lunch. We simply ordered soup and salad. Waited 40 mins and salad and soup finally came and she threw the check at us. Never asked how food was if we wanted refills nothing. While paying the check lady at register asked how things was and I said horrible and she said well it’s all labor fault. I kindly said I understand everyone short staffed but a salad doesn’t take 40 mins and also waitress never checked for refills or told us sorry for the wait nothing.
