The staff is horribly slow and wait times can get upwards of 30 mins to over an hour. Meanwhile, drive through comes and orders and gets their food over and over again even though the lobby orders were placed first. Drive times are prioritized and they pretty much only focus on drive through.

Being “busy” while at your literal job is not justification for rude and disrespectful behavior. Giving someone an incomplete order and passing it off as complete and then ignoring them while they’re 4 feet away from you asking for the rest of their order, is not only rude, it’s actively NOT doing your job while claiming you’re sooooo busy doing your job. Can you see the juxtaposition of this?? Do you even understand that since you can’t seem to understand someone speaking to you right in front of your face? DO BETTER.

How do you mess up a burrito supreme? I’ll tell ya, hire any kid who has Skittle colored hair and acts like he/she/toaster oven ( I’m not sure what served me my food) hates their parents and wanted to be anywhere else than there. ..may I suggest stricter rules on what your employees can wear at work. I’m not saying full on uniforms and I know it’s just Taco Bell but take some pride in your self at work. And if you can’t smile find another way to be pleasant.

I live in Springfield and usually go to the one of 42nd.. but I work in Eugene and have been going to this one lately and the quality here is so much better! Every time I come the food is fresh and prepared correctly. Service has been pretty good so far too

BEWARE! This is a Franchise location. My “in-app exclusive deal” for a $7.00 build your own luxe box was suddenly changed to $12.00 at this locatiom. When I asked about it the lady was rude and had a very entitled attitude, as if they where better than other locations. I found the food subpar with very little fillings, flavor and texture tasted like I got 4 hour old ingredients. Atmosphere was snobby.

This location makes the best nachos out of all the spots in Eugene/Springfield. They constantly add guac when the Gateway location never does and at other spots it’s 50/50. Cold in the lobby though

If you can avoid it, do not order uber.Eats or dash from this location.Wait times are excessive. Filthy place and have frequent items stolen by vagrants. Kitchen is also very unorganized and messy. You’re better off ordering from the gateway street taco.Bell will be quicker and tastier
