My order was wrong. I ordered a $7 meal deal with everything on the cheese burger. She brought me a burger with cheese and ketchup only. Everything means everything…lettuce, tomato, pickle. To upgrade the sundae to a blizzard the sign says $2.00 but I was charged $2.40.. so which is it? $2 or $2.40. We are charged .40 for tomato, and .40 for lettuce. I don’t like to be nickle and dimed by these ridiculous add ons! The meal deal sign says $7.00. However, I was charged $7.89. Another discrepancy with the cost. This is absolutely my last time at this DQ.

When I went they said the toaster was not working and my order was suppose to come with toasted bread and I asked what they can substitute it for and they said they can’t substitute it with anything even though I paid for it and they couldn’t provide it. Let me just begin by saying i am a regular. Love the food most days and the ice cream slaps, but The manager on duty Isamar was literally making out with her boyfriend at the front counter when I came into the store. I don’t understand how that is aloud. Its not the first time I have come in and seen this as well. Seems every shift she works her boyfriend is there. I don’t care if you want to be with your boyfriend but come on I have kids.

Found a hair in my son’s blizzard, after coming home I called to get it possibly replaced. The manager was extremely rude. I took a picture of the hair had to throw it away. It’s really not that serious replace it or refund me. Not my fault there was a hair in it. If you can’t handle simple customer service shouldn’t call yourself a manager. This is the 2nd time I’ve had rude service here. If you can’t be nice shouldn’t work in customer service. I’m like the nicest person I treat all with upmost respect especially in my workplace. Not an ounce of integrity in this young lady

This is the second time I’ve ordered a large cheese curd and gotten this. This is unacceptable it is almost $5 for a large cheese curd and they don’t give me enough. So disappointing.

We went to DQ on a whim because someone suggested getting the app for meal deals, and a BOGO 99 cent Signature Stackburger came up, so we figured we’d try some out.
My fiance got the Backyard Bacon Ranch, and I got the Flamethrower (shown in photo). He said his was perfect for a simple man that wanted meat, cheese, and onion rings. I got mine with the sauce on the side, and decided it was more delicious without it. DQ burger patties were extremely flavorful, probably more so than the rest of the fast food places in the area!
The meal deal coupon didn’t include drinks or sides, so we added 1 large cheese curds to share, and 1 fountain soda. Total came to about $19.
