I’m a travelling DoorDash Driver and I don’t usually leave reviews over this sort of thing, but I’d like corporate or management to be aware of these things. I had two orders for pickup that were supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago according to the DoorDash app. I arrived at the store roughly 30 minutes ago. When I arrived I stood at the counter for a full ten minutes. I tried to get the attention of the employees but they got with me on their own time. As an apology for the wait time they tried to give me a small drink to compensate, which I appreciated until I tried to grab a Pepsi. At that point, I realized their drink fountain was busted or improperly serviced as the drink was primarily water – not pop. After looking around the store, I noticed that it was a bit messy and they didn’t seem to care.
Update: at 4:48 I finally got both orders.I arrived here at 4:19 and both were scheduled to be done by 4:27 according to the DoorDash app.

The employees are completely lacking in customer service skills and manners and my $30 bag of food was literally slung at me (again) BUT the food is always hot and fresh and my order is always accurate, which is more than I can say for the other locations nearby!

I love taco bell and this is the most trash one I’ve ever been to.
Extremely rude people. No one in line just me 8pm so dont know why they seemed so mad and trying to rush me. Didnt give me all my food even. I only ordered a quesadilla and combo so it’s not like it was a complicated order. I guess I should have checked before I left. Sauce all over in the bag. Taco is drenched on the outside…its like they shook the bag before giving it to me. On further inspection they didnt even put cheese on the taco….it’s just meat and lettuce. It really does look like they just threw the bag or something.

I’m a dasher and picked up food tonight. They were understaffed and had about 10 drivers in the lobby at once. They were working so hard. They had one on the line and fryers, he was running around like crazy making sure everything was right and everyone was taken care of. Although it was incredibly busy the staff were pleasant and I think they deserve recognition.

I ordered through the app to place a delivery order and did not receive my full order, which has happened more than once. I was missing over half of my $60 order. I called the DoorDash driver, and they claimed to only have received one of what should have been multiple bags. I called the store multiple times, but of course no one answered. I have tried to receive my money back through the app, but understand that may take some time. It continually baffles me how this location always seems to forget to pack at least a quarter of what i order every time. Please train employees on order accuracy before handing food to the customers

Told on a consistent basis that they will only fulfill DoorDash and Mobile orders. The fact that you can’t walk in or use the drive through as a paying customer is ridiculous.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this Taco Bell location entirely. I wish someone had warned me, because what I experienced was absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking.
I arrived to pick up an order that was scheduled for 9:02 PM. I waited patiently for about 40–45 minutes with no update. When I politely asked about the status of my order, the employee preparing the food responded rudely, telling me to “keep standing” and that I shouldn’t be asking questions because I’m “not their manager.”
Surprised by the attitude, I asked to speak with a manager. Another staff member came from the back and told me that if I couldn’t wait, I should cancel my order and “leave.” When I calmly explained that there was no need for that kind of attitude and just asked for my order, she escalated the situation even further, telling me not to “tell them their job,” and then aggressively moved toward me as if she was about to get physical. Another person had to stop her.
Instead of addressing the behaviour of their staff, they ended up trespassing me from the store. I left feeling threatened, disrespected, and shocked that employees could behave like this toward a customer.
This location seriously needs new management and proper training. No customer should ever feel unsafe while picking up a simple food order.

I accidentally chose the wrong location (this location) and decided to call to see if they could cancel the order or figure out what it was that I could do to either cancel or transfer my online order.
Well when I called, I was rudely addressed and hung up on when I was attempting to ask for direction on how to cancel my order.
My mother who was right next to me decided to call and address the situation.
Overall, poor customer service and I was not impressed with the quality.
I have a feeling I won’t be going to this location from here on out.

I have to give credit where it’s due. I think this is the most consistent taco bell I’ve ever been to. My order is always correct and I never receive any complaints when my order is specific. Food is always hot and the workers are friendly!

This location is frequently understaffed, then doesn’t even take orders at the window and makes you order through doordash, then they apparently also can’t fix an order when they ~also~ don’t havelwhat you ordered. The customer service was absolutely abysmal for both the direction to order through doordash, and then them “finding” the order when we pulled back around. Then, they didnt even have large cups nor would they adjust the price. Very, bad service. Will be driving the 20 minutes to use a different taco bell going forward.
