Well I see why there’s no one at this restaurant. The drive thru woman was very condescending because I called her out for ringing up the 2pc individually and she told me next time verify that I want the combo but common sense would’ve told you I wanted the combo if I ordered a drink and mashed potatoes and her excuse was well we have multiple 2 PC orders….. but gave me the exact thing that I ordered because only one combo on the menu says 2pc…didn’t ask if I wanted the chicken tenders or any of the other two piece combos because you knew better. The food was fresh though. Atleast the cooks know what they’re doing.

I just pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a two piece original with a biscuit. The girl said that they had no original ready and it would be a 10 minute wait. So I said that I would wait. I told her that I had a second order for a two piece white crispy and she said that they didn’t have any crispy ready either and it would be 20 wait. I told the guy at the window that I would be calling corporate about this ordeal. He told me that it wouldn’t do any good because they are a franchise. This KFC is always having customer service issues. If I didn’t live here I would’ve stopped in Louisville to get some thing to eat.

First, I want to say they had a sign that said they were short staffed (which is usually a sign of poor management), so I tried to take it easy on them.
DRIVE THRU
I waited at least 10 minutes, listening to a speaker box that was making an awful clicking noise, before I was greeted by an employee.
Once given the okay by the employee, placing my order was quick and easy.
I pulled up to the window, paid, was given drinks, and asked to pull next to the cardboard dumpster and wait for my order, the wings on my order required extra cooking time.
After 13 minutes of waiting I called the store just to be sure they remembered we were out here. They said they just pulled the wings up and would be out in a minute.
They brought out the bags and quickly walked away.
All of our items were there but no utensils were included and we purchased 9 sides.
It took calling for 7 minutes, multiple times before anyone would answer (the dining room was closed).
They finally answered, brought them out, apologized and gave us cookies.
Once we finally started eating we realized the two ordered of chicken tenders we ordered were over cooked and saturated in oil.
We were in Kentucky from Ohio and got what ever reason expected them to have like the best of the best chicken and we were highly disappointed and let down.

KFC IN KENTUCKY! It’s silly but as a traveler passing through it was a real thrill and everyone I know is telling me to shut up for some reason.
Food was very fresh and satisfying. The Nashville hot glaze on the side was wonderful and the chicken strips were of good quality.

Empty of food by 9pm. Gets orders wrong. This is chronic with them. Server tried to explain that the prepared food must all be gone by 10 pm. So there was nothing left. I told him that I was not interested in KFC’s management problems. Have never run into this at other KFCs, like Crestwood or Middletown. So I left. Won’t be back.

2nd time for the new spicy wings, good deal 8 for $4.99. Really good. Also tried the chicken nuggets 5/$3.49, not so worth your money, it’s almost a tease or small snack, is all white meat but not much flavor. Drive thru is busy and moves a bit slow but not real bad. Hope they keep the wings

We went through the drive through at 5:30 pm, normal dinner hours, and were treated like we were putting these people out by ordering! They were rude from the beginning when my husband asked for more time to order then a 2nd person came on the speaker and interrupted our order to tell us that we couldn’t get something. Then we had to park and go in for our drinks and sauces. Customer service is truly a lost art.

I went to the drive through at KFC in La Grange, KY shortly after 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
I placed the following order: 3-piece ALL white extra crispy with Mash potatoes/gravy, cole slaw and a large Mt Dew.
I got to my motel room and sat down to eat. When I opened my meal, this is what I had received: 1 wing (extra crispy), 1 thigh (original recipe), cole slaw, mash potatoes/gravy and the large Mt Dew. Also, no napkins or utensils to eat with.
Obviously one of two things occurred:
1. The employees could care less about getting an order correct.
Or
2. The employees have not been properly trained.
Regardless, if the employees are old enough to work at KFC, they should know how to count and should know the difference between white and dark meat chicken.
Extremely poor service!!!!
This KFC store needs to get their act together!!!!!
FYI, I am a former KFC District Manager and I would be taking swift action to correct to ensure my employees provided the service customers expect and deserve!!!!!
