The food was good, but unfortunately it was not the meals I ordered. The person working the pay window was great, even reviewing my special order (correctly by the way). But somewhere between there and my surprising my girlfriend with lunch, somerhing went seriously wrong. Could just be a one-off, so I’ll be back to give them another try.

I have been to many Wendy places and this one is by far the best!!!! They always get my order right, food is great and always warm. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They each work very well, communicate well and always seem to have a smile on their faces. Amazing! Thank you all for being so great and working so hard!

There was one guy in there actually working. Black guy with a hairnet, wearing a visor. I appreciate that Employee actually working.
All the other employees literally were on their phones answering personal calls while at work, not doing anything messing around, not helping the one person that was actually working. Wearing earbuds. I’m sorry, but after I saw the way, they pushed their hands down in a trashcan and then grab some thing with that exact glove that they pushed trash down in a trashcan with is absolutely disgusting! This place needs an actual manager this place needs Corporate to check in on it way more than they do now!
Don’t order from here! The hygiene and cleanliness is completely forgotten at this store.
Let alone and Employee that’s working so hard trying to do literally every single thing that the three other employees aren’t doing! Is a joke! One guy clocks in and then decides to talk to his other friend for almost 10 minutes. That’s called time stealing! Wearing earbuds and talking on the phone and taking personal phone calls while not working is also a time stealing!

I’ve been coming to this location since about the time Robert took over. He is Phenomenal. I have no complaints at all at this location and he always is the most mild manner and great working guy.
I believe Mike is new. I just met him for the first time today and his character overall is amazing. Everyone that works here does well as a team, but these two, along with one other man whose name I haven’t caught yet, really really do a great job at Everything!

I went inside the restaurant and got a small frosty and ate it while I was parked and then went through the drive-through to get another small frosty and as I handed the kid at the window my credit card, he put his hand up and told me not to worry that it was free and I asked him twice if he was sure and he said, don’t worry about it, no problem, just enjoy. The inside was clean and the person who waited on me was friendly and quick. It was earlier in the morning, so it wasn’t real busy. It was a comfortable atmosphere in the seating are. I will say it was freezing inside the restaurant, but it didn’t really affect me. Both my drive-through and the walk-in experiences were great.

Its annoying trying to order and having “take your time and order when youre ready” yelled every 30 seconds with a robotic voice. 2 stars though, because the service from the actual human employee at the window was great.

I like their spicy chicken sandwiches in general But mine was very dry in flat. Not juicy and thick like it usually is. I ordered online, so it was very quick to get the food.

Went through drive through on my break. 6 minutes away, I always grab a fry but it was cold. Getting back to work the burger was cold as well. Was not offered any sauce. These were left sitting and cold then sold.. not a happy camper

Came through the drive through made an order and we waited nearly 15 minutes to get the bacon cheddar baked potato and it was awful, instead of bacon diced up it was literally topped with bacon strips and the potato was lukewarm!
And the order taker was very rude!
