The 3 of us eat here about 10 times a year. We generally order the 3 for $10.99 deal. During previous visits we were overcharged or charged extra for the meals that are advertised both in the menu and on tv to be in this deal. On today’s visit we spent 5 minutes with the wait staff making sure our meals were ordered and understood to be correct with this deal. When we got the bill, we were charged 3 different prices for the $10.99 meal deal. Only one was correct and we were charged for the chips which was stated at order as included. At first, I thought this had to be a joke. Upon questioning staff, we were informed it was a computer glitch. When the bill came back a second time, the charge for the chips was removed but the meals were still overcharged. I was given some pretty poor excuses for this that insulted my intelligence. Wait staff was clearly upset as if it were their own personal money being lost… I reluctantly left a tip but will not be eating here again. If this happened to us so many times over the course of a year, I could only imagine that it is happening to everyone else probably unknowingly. My advice would be, make sure to pay with cash and check your receipt carefully. We also found that using the payment Kiosk miscalculated the tips. I hope this is a heads up to others.

Haven’t been out to Chili’s for quite a few years and I’m glad I went! The food was awesome, the changed a lot with the way things are made and it was so good!

We had an early dinner tonight (around 4pm) and asked to sit in the bar on a high table.
Emma seated us and was also our server and she was outstanding. We had incredible service and our food was excellent.
Kudos to Emma for giving us a tremendous dining experience and our food was delicious, as always.

We stop and decide to try for the first time food was good and service, but we left our box at the table with left overs and I called 10min after and they had thrown away!! How? I’m so upset why not wait and give people a chance to come back and pick it up?

I ordered the ribs which are usually very good. This time they were dry and tough. I was told they had a new vendor. Also ordered a side salad and most of the lettuce was wilted and brown. The servers were very pleasant but the food was not what I was expecting. The Ranch dressing was still very good.

The food is alright if you are charged correctly. We had 2 out of 3 meals that were ordered were wrong. They took the 2 meals and brought the correct ones out but charged us for those extra 2 meals they messed up. Went in the next day and questioned the bill, they said they would refund the 2 meals they messed up. The waitress was more concerned with her survey than getting the order correct. Have been there twice in the last month and still waiting on the refund for the food they got wrong. Boo Chilis, will not return…… To “owners response”. I’ve been there twice to try and get it corrected, you clearly have my name and I’ve left my phone number both times….look into it. Actually please don’t.
