Placed an order at 10:13 to be ready at 10:23 on the mobile app. I left out after 10:45 after not being able to cancel the order so I didn’t have to wait that long. One employee was on the line making tacos with one hand while the other hand with a phone to his ear. Fiesta potatoes were so old and chewy, I couldn’t do it. I want my refund taco bell! I’ll never return to this location. 30 minutes for a complete disappointment.

I pull up at 11:25pm Sunday night 1/11/26, after being at work from dark to dark. I thought it was closed, but saw movement behind the counter. I cautiously pull into the drive thru and hear a sweet voice behind the speaker. I place my order. I pull around and wait. I feel a little bad the workers have to be there until 4am…. “gosh they must be tired, I’m tired.” It’s taking a little long but I understand. I receive my food and peel open my queserito to find it hot steaming with a perfect crunch on the tortilla. Only once before at a Taco Bell in Aliso Viejo CA, have I ever experienced such care and warmth put into my Taco Bell’s order. I later eat my cheesy rice and bean burrito with gusto standing in my kitchen. It was perfection, perfect ratios. To the 3 employees working that night. Y’all are the epitome of taco excellence and I wish you good fortune for the rest of your life.

So sad ordered a supreme chicken taco, and beef taco. 1 very small tomato, and the supreme was no tomatoes, no sour cream and very little cheese and very little chicken. We will not be going there again!
Bad service and bad for business. I would be so embarrassed, if my kid worked there. You should be ashamed for charging and taking people’s money for no go food!

I recently visited the Taco Bell in Hiram and had a fantastic experience. I got the Cantina Chicken Burrito, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained.

Taco Bell in Hiram is great. They’re a little slow but that’s to be expected almost everywhere nowadays. The one item that I love from Taco Bell is the chalupa. However, it tastes best when it’s fresh. I ordered the Lux box with all beef options. Everything was good besides the chalupa. It was so hard that it could’ve been used as a frisbee. So, instead of driving all the way back to Hiram I just ate the chalupas filling. I know the person fulfilling the order had to have known that this shell was hard. But besides that and I hope it was a one off, I’ll be back with my fingers crossed that my chalupa shell will be fresh.

First of all I need to give a shoot out to the young man Davion that was honest and trustworthy. I left my purse in the store and remembered 7 hours later and all cash and everything was still in purse just as I left it . While in the store he brought our (delicious) food to the table instead of just calling out our name and he smiles and has customer service skills . Very impressed by this young man !

Service and atmosphere are entirely ruined by the self service machines. I was there a half an hour and only one other person came in at a time one would expect a lunch rush, so it’s clearly effecting business.
Food was fantastic though, and the interactions I had with staff were fine, just not as much interaction as one should expect going out.

Came in today (Oct 17, 2018 at 11:30am) to give them another try and have lunch. Ordered the 3 taco meal, which was very good, food was much better than last visit.
Place was clean and smelled good. All of the drink station supplies were neat and well supplied, as was the condiment station.
The manager on shift was extremely polite, efficient, and was running a tight shift. Food came out fast and fresh, and service was prompt.
Glad to see them coming up since my last visit. There’s a Del Taco about to open next door, I hope this store can keep their customer base loyal.

Review from last year: I hate to have to give this place a 3 because the employees are so polite and professional, but my wife and our son went with me to eat here yesterday and I ordered a steak quesadilla, which was good and also ordered a burrito supreme, and so did my wife, and they tasted horrible. The meat was bland and I think the lettuce was bad, it just tasted really peculiar, both my wife and I both said the same thing about the flavor. My son had 2 hard tacos and said his meat was bland and his lettuce tasted funny.
Since I only took one bite from my burrito I took it back to the counter, and manager was nice enough to offer something else, which I really didn’t want but since she offered I just asked for a small hard taco, don’t know why, knowing my son didn’t like his, but they were nice and gave me 2. Ate one, same problem: meat was bland and lettuce tasted funny.
I would normally give 1 star for bad food but the staff was so polite and professional I decided to give it a 3 star.
Since we have eaten here before and it usually was OK I will update this review on my next visit and hopefully it will be back to normal.

There is a line cook, I believe the manager. Looks mixed, crazy hair. I he did was cus and cus. I waited for 25 . I canceled my order and he couldn’t stop cussing. His Name is Lathin !
