Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered the North Atlantic Cod Dinner and this is what you get from this location for $15. The fish was cold and just drenched in oil. Definitely do not recommend plus the customer service was just not there today.

Live in a state with no Culvers. Anytime we travel into nearby state where they are, we map them out! 1st time to visit this location in Webb City. Very impressed!! Location not too far from highway. Clean. Employees friendly. They had our shake & concrete done & handed to us at the counter immediately after we paid! It was a little busy so that was very impressive! Would definitely visit this location again!

Wow. There is a lot to say about this experience, and all of it is positive. I have been to many Culver’s throughout the United States, and this is easily the best one. We were just passing through, wanting a bite to eat and ended up stopping in. Service was great and very fast. Our food came out hot in a matter of minutes. The frozen custard that came with the kids meal was piled high with toppings. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Great counter service, but only half the order came out. Our server ran off, we stop another server, she got the rest if the order. Disappointed.
We ordered a platter and value meal. The platter came with a cold hard roll. Not very good.
Food was hot and tasty.
Would I go back? Not likely, total cost was a much as a sit down in a better restaurant. But they are better they other drive thru’s.

They shouldn’t even get one star. I just ordered a butter burger and had it delivered. It’s not edible. I believe it was a burger left over from yesterday, over cooked, dried out and nasty. it tastes HORRIBLE. I had to throw it in the garbage, and that was my dinner for tonight. Shame on you Culvers for severing your customers something that could very well make them sick. Never again.

Tried a Culver’s for the first time..the fries were good..the burgers are ok..not the best but better than alot of other places..6.5 out of 10 for me..tried the fish..dont do it..terrible after taste..tasted better after removing the batter..the store was clean and all the employees we encountered were nice and friendly.

Go here often, sometimes weekly, and have only had one slightly negative experience over the last few months. genuinely delicious and extremely quick. I went there today, and literally by the time I rolled up to the drive-through window, my food was completely done and tasted hot and fresh. and it has never taken more than maybe 3 minutes. I’ve never had an incorrect order either and its maybe a dollar or 2 more than McDonalds across the street. GO HERE!!!
