We were here as a group of 5, and ordered the The Carnivore platter of assorted BBQ meats. The quantity was more than enough for our group size, and we still had some leftovers after. This is a very hearty place, so make sure you are hungry!

Went here for lunch and was very happy with the food and service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that there is only limited hours for food and don’t miss that window because the food is very good. I got the rib and chicken combo with a side of coleslaw. The chicken was tasty, but the ribs stole the show. Coleslaw was a nice way to slow myself down from completely devouring the meats. Definitely a good spot if you can make the hours.

Their menu is extensive and got so many things on it we wanted to try. We ordered ribs, hotdogs, shrimps and other side dishes. They were all delicious. The ribs were juicy and bbq sauce was so yummy. The staff was super nice, quick and attentive. The place itself is cute and cozy. We will definitely come back and try other things on the menu soon!

This was my first visit here and everything was delicious. The ribs were great and the corn soufflé is a MUST! The brisket sandwich was good. We couldn’t get the bbq brisket because it’s only a dinner item starting at 5:30pm so take note. My only regret is not saving room for dessert! The service was great and the staff was very attentive. I will be back!

Really random smoke house located on a service street. The place got filled up pretty quickly after 5:30, I’m guessing because they have 2 menu highlights that don’t become available until after that. We started with the happy hour menu, where the food was more like sample size as opposed to a “special”. For our mains, I got the brisket, which was beautifully cooked and filled with Smokey flavor. The sides were in addition to the meal for $4/5 which drove the price up for this BBQ. I got the Mac and cheese and Cole slaw and really liked both. My boyfriend got the pork platter which he loved but admitted it was too much meat for one sitting.

We went there for dinner, and it was a really great experience. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly.

I had the brisket platter with the extra sides, and my friends had the pulled pork, and then sliders. Oh, and also crunchy chicken tenders things as appetizer (I forget the proper name right now).

Big thanks to Pat and the young lady that served us!

I want to love this place because it’s right down the street from my job, but we did a work lunch here when it first opened and no one was impressed with the food. Fast fwd to a few years later and we decided to try it again as take out. The menu items are a bit pricey (i.e. $16 for two BBQ chicken sliders?) but I wouldn’t have minded if it actually looked like it was worth $16. I got two of the thinnest pieces of BBQ chicken on mini Marty’s potato rolls. I don’t even think it was thick enough to say they took one chicken breast and sliced the thickness in half. I also ordered a small Texas potato salad, and it was good, but I was charged $5 for the smallest container I’ve ever seen. Even a free side of coleslaw from the diner comes in a bigger container than what I received. Def not worth $5 as a side. Again, no one was impressed with their food and, unfortunately, the pricing is way too high for the portions being served.

Mediocre food & portion for the prices. Small plain interior. Come if you’re close by & wanting a quick bite with no better option. Brisket tasted ok but very little meat mainly coleslaw & pickles in the sandwich. Not worth the prices. Lemondade is good. Corn bread soufflé I had much better elsewhere.

I ordered wings extra crispy with mild sauce, they were ok not what I’m used to. Also ordered first cut beef rib and brisket sliders, the beef rib looked delicious and was cooked perfect but was missing flavor. The brisket sliders were also smoked perfect but also missing flavor. Coleslaw and chips again were ok. Overall rating I would give it a soft 3. Photos attached

Recommended by friends. There are two (2) locations, one in Upstate New York and one in North Jersey. We’ve tried both. This location is on our route to the Woodbury Common Mall, so we decided to stop in and give it a try.

On the way to the mall we sat down in the main dining room for a meal. On the way back from the mall we stopped at the bar for drinks and a meal while we waiting for our takeout order (for later in the week).

This is a mixed review. Everything with the exception of three items were good. We would definitely come back to sit down either in the main dining room or at the bar. Definitely would stop to get takeout.

Young man who waited on us was very good.

Did not care for:
– Spicy Bacon Dog
– Bourbon glazed roots
– Texas Potato Salad

– Everything else:
– Smoked Wings (good)
– Pork Spare Ribs (good)
– Wedge Salad wDuck Cracklings (crackling seem a little over cooked) (good)
– Bacon Blue Chips (good bar food)
– French Toast Sundae (nice if you love sweet )
– Maple Syrup Cheesecake (good )

– BBQ Sliders (Pulled Turkey & Pulled Pork) (ok)
– Rockland Cheese Steak Tots (ok)
– Beef Brisket (ok)
