This place is a joke. My daughter goes to the high school near by and visits quite frequently. This was her chili cheese fries today the first picture is how they are advertised and the others is what she received which was mainly chili and soggy fries with a little bit of cheese and when she asked for more they said they would have to charge her. Last week she bought a milk shake that they made entirely too thick she asked if they could re mix it and they said they couldn’t so she stirred it around with her straw to thin it out in the process her straw broke so she asked for another and they tried to charge her a $1. Today my daughter asked for a refund and the manager basically yelled at her. And when I called she had no answers to make the situation better. And this was money my daughter earned on her own.

The food was pretty good. Not the best burger I’ve ever had but really good. My wife and I both had the bacon double cheeseburger.
Mine had pepper jack cheese and I added jalapeños. Hers had Cheddar and no onions no pickles. They got both burgers correct. They were hot and wrapped in tinfoil which I thought was a nice touch. Weren’t dry at all.
Fry’s were alright could’ve been cooked a little longer but that’s just my preference. The deep fried mushrooms were 10 out of ten! Fried Zucchini on the other hand not so great.
I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a good burger! Everyone was friendly and service was good.

They have many options for milkshakes, I had the chocolate banana milkshake and it was great. I also had their fries and they were hot and fresh. I recommend this place for quick biles and shakes.

I am at a loss for words … I order a BLT no tomatoes add pickle. They said it was $1 extra for pickles, fine. I get my sandwich and it literally has 3 pieces of bacon and 3 small pickles! I feel like I’m eating a lettuce sandwich. My boyfriend ordered some hamburger that he loved, I think it was the cowboy. Their shakes are good with 80+ flavors.

If zero stars were possible, I’d give it. This place has gone downhill. I spent $30 on a my meal and the food was terrible. The basic items (condiments) like tartar sauce cost extra… oh yes I got charged extra of course. My soda was served with crushed lids, and the ketchup was yuck
Overall, cheap quality ingredients, no real customer service experience. It’s not worth the money. Way too pricey. I won’t be returning and do not recommend. Definitely
Find other friendly places and options to eat and dine in Marysville. You can definitely spare to eat at this place.

I actively practice supporting local businesses. Even knowing that I can pay higher prices. And I actively love creating positive reviews highlighting details that are important to me. Along with that, it takes much for me to create anything less than a positive review. That being said, I went to Frosty’s Grill N’ Chill. ( I am very fond of the ” Hometown Burger & Ice Cream ” style stand.)
Despite the fact that they got my take out order wrong last weekend. I have physical mobility struggles and have to gage what I do, and did not want to have to go back to correct the order.
Today, I went back. I ordered the Pastrami Cheeseburger combo. $13.99 hold the lettuce and tomatoes, add extra pickles $1.00. And a Hot Fudge Sundae $6.50. W/ tip the total was $25 something. I asked for a cherry-pepsi, and was given my cup. The self serve dispenser did not have this selection. And again, I have to be conservative with my physical movements. OK, minor matter. My order was up. I clearly use a cane, but had to ask for a carrier to carry the drink, sundae, and bag. Again, minor matter, but simple customer service and consideration is so lacking.
I was trying hard to process the size of the sundae, which was the same small size as anywhere else but for twice the price. With a tragically minute single stripe of hot fudge going around the edge. And no cherry which is stated on the menu. ( please tell me if you’re out)
I get home and put the food on a plate. The fries are burnt. More than golden brown. Crunchy.
The pastrami barely covered the surface space and appeared to be chopped luncheon meat.
As for my $1.00 extra pickles?! There were a total of 4. About the size of 2 dimes and 2 quarters. Total. No extra. No standard size. The type if you are at the bottom of the container and are desperate.
As im thinking about writing a review, I read the others. I wish I had before I gave them a second chance. Not only did some of them confirm some concerns, but a few of the owners responses were unprofessional. And lack of professional responses in regards to negative reviews. Like simply responding or making things right.

-ay home from SacTown for chili cheese hot dog. The dog was perfect. The building itself is very small, very outdated, & depending on the time of day (traffic) somewhat difficult to get in & out of. The tables were cleared but not wiped off. Its kind of hard to tell if its dirty or just dingy from age. The service was fairly fast & the girl who took ourorder at the counter seemed nice enough. Food is fairly priced for what you get. Overall it was pretty much what we expected it to be & we were satisfied. i

The place was packed with high school students but the service was quick. The counter staff was quick, friendly, and helpful. We ordered a few burgers, fries, a side of chili fries, and a few drinks. The food tasted great. Well deserved 5 ⭐ review

It’s always been good, it used to be Rocky’s I remember. Right next to the ball field that’s kind of handy to grab an ice cream after the game if you can get in the place, it’s busy, always busy. I usually just get the ice cream and today it was a banana/ cookie dough Shake, Excellent. It’s an old school Burger ice cream place so much better than what you get at Corporate America. Give it a try

We love a good mom and pop frosty but this one is such a miss. The service was quick, I will give them that but that’s where it ends. The sauce on the burgers was tangy, I think it’s supposed to be a thousand island sauce but it was not good, the pickles were soft and bitter, and the bun was stale. The fires were okay but could have been cooked longer. The ranch was horrible, worst than any bottle ranch I’ve ever had. Frosty’s are supposed to have the best ranch! I had such high hopes for this place but we will definitely not be back to give it another try, too expensive for that.
