As far as I am concerned, this location unfortunately, is on life support. It is always empty.
I have either been told that they couldn’t take my order or they entirely mess the order up. The breakfast is somehow not ready or overcooked. The krystals are almost always soggy. I dont like reviewing the store negatively because I fear I am blinded by nostalgia at this location but the time has come for either a refresh or to close it down.

Don’t eat here. The food was not edible. They use microwave burgers and the fries are all grease. The sprite taste like well water sprite. We asked for only ketchup and they put everything on it and there was like 15 onions. We threw it all away and will never come back. It also took 30 minutes for 5 cars and it was in the middle of nowhere .

If I can give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst place to order food. The workers look dirty, sloppy and they very unprofessional. I ordered the new Patty Melt and I was so disappointed. It was burnt and dry. The new coworker and the manager gave me a hard time about switching the sandwich for something else. I wouldn’t recommend this Krystal restaurant to a dog.

My order would’ve been ok if I received what I paid for. I ordered the two spicy chick combo and subbed for chili cheese fries and a roadie drink. I barely got any fries and got a medium sized drink even though I paid for the larger sized items. I would’ve been fine if they would’ve told me they didn’t have either of those items, but it sucks to pay for things that you don’t receive…think this is my last time visiting this particular establishment

The chili cheese pups didn’t even have the right chili on them, nor did they have any cheese! There was maybe 5 little shreds of cheese on each chili cheese pup. And the cheese Krystal’s didn’t have any cheese on them! My tater tots were stale and cold!!! I don’t know who manages this place but they need to get their staff in order! For the price we pay for this food there shouldn’t be ANY ISSUES AT ALL!!!! And the staff were very loud, cussing and everything! On their phones and then going to make food without washing their hands! Disgusting!!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! There were only 2 people in the store (I didn’t get their names but I literally just left at 8:44pm, Fri 9/24/2021) and they rocked! My food was fresh and they got me in and out. The people we’re nice and everything tasted great. Thank you guys so much, I live nearby so I will be back.
