We have been in multiple time to Bison and the experience is always pleasant. Most recently we were in and had a big party and the service was incredible! We had alcoholic beverages, appetizers, main course and dessert’s. They all came out on time and food was hot. I had the spinach artichoke chicken and the flavor was incredible! My husband had the Ribeye (as always) and it was delicious.
The server was incredibly nice and made sure all drinks were full.
If you haven’t been, i highly recommend and definitely try the Brussels sprouts (they are to die for)!

Service was amazing! Thank you DESIREE. She was incredible❤️. We were visiting family and we were not disappointed. The food was perfect. We arrived in time for happy hour too! Margaritas were on point. Mediterranean Trio was delish. Don’t miss on trying this restuarant. Great prices too.

I would recommend this place if you want a casual meal with friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere. We’ll be back, that’s for sure. I liked the steak and the pork chops. The Bison Martini was great. Their dinner rolls are to die for.

First time here
Hubby ordered MR and I asked for MW, neither was cooked right, hubby had no blood what so ever and mine was well done,not even a little pink. We told our waitress, but we ate it anyways, next time I will not get steak maybe CFS.

I ordered a burger to go x2. Cooked medium Asked for mayo and mustard. No ketchup. Cesar salad and fries. this is how it came doused in mayo and mustard to cover up it once had ketchup. Both burgers. Second one was worse than this. Salad was not Cesar. It was maybe Italian or something? Either way too many places in BA to try than deal with this. this speaks for staff not caring. took them 10min just to Greet me. Came at 2:45 and they were more worried about cleaning the dirty empty tables than attending new customers.

Karissa was a wonderful delight, friendly, helpful and intuitive. Never had to ask for a refill, a condiment or the like. She’s was fun, friendly and made it experience wonderful. We’d come back just to visit her….. BUT THE FOOD…..
omgosh…. We had the bison short ribs and the bison burger, the meat melted in your mouth, tender and cooked to perfection. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’d give this restaurant 4 stars for the food but considering we ordered 30 minutes before close and the service and atmosphere were wonderful I’m going with 5. It was our first visit. The portions are large. The rolls were fresh and delicious. The steak fries captured my olfactory curiosity so I added them as my second side (along with a house salad). The rice and salad tasted great. The salmon was a tad over seasoned but still enjoyable. My boyfriend got the steak with a loaded baked potato. I’m not opposed to going back and trying more menu items. Not super impressed but not disappointed either. Our waiter, Thatcher, treated us feel like regulars, we enjoyed his kindness and humor.

After the high reviews I was left disappointed. It was Valentine’s Day dinner, I went in prepped to face long wait times, slower service but expected hot food. None of that happened so I’m glad I gave myself the pep talk of extra patience and grace.

We were seated within 30 minutes but the food took over an hour to come out, again I expected some delays. First, the cheese sticks were well overcooked, I liked mine a little overdone but these seemed like they were cooked twice. I saw cheese sticks going to other tables and they looked way better than the ones that were brought to us so maybe that was a one off, not letting it crash my night. Next, the food came out cold, not mediocre cooled off but my guess is, the food had been sitting for at least 10 minutes or more. You could tell by the way the steak looked that the temperature was off. One of the sides was missing but allegedly was on its way out.

Go ahead and skip the tabouli, you’re welcome, seriously.

We didn’t eat much of our food and asked for our ticket and a box so I could feed those cold steaks to my chickens and oh, that side that never came- go ahead and wrap that up to go as well.

The service was for sure lacking, still left a decent tip- the waitress seemed very young and lacked training for sure.

I hate that my experience was nothing like it seems the majority of reviews have reflected but after $100 on two people, it’s a one and done and I won’t make a second trip there.

The music and lighting and mocktail options were the best part about my experience here. The filet had a nice outside crust which was crunchy, but I still asked for A1. Towards the last half of the steak I noticed a long hair on my plate and it was like hanging from the bite I cut on my fork. I tried to pretend it was mine, but it was not because my hair is short and curled. My entire family was there, including my senior citizen parents, and I didn’t want to cause a disturbance. Things like this happen sometimes, and the restaurant was super clean (besides the hair on my plate) and the ambiance gives off a calming vibe.
