Well, I got another rib sandwich from this one man they hooked it up the same way. I ordered that and ordered my wife mashed potatoes and gravy and two biscuits. They forgot the biscuits though, but that’s all right. Man, y’all have to try this rib sandwich.
Well , since I first try the rib sandwich there I have been back a few times and they cannot get it right. Not only my sandwich but my wife food to. Tighten up guys, you can do better.

The staff is always nice, breakfast is always fresh and delicious, to me anyways. It’s always busy in the mornings. All of the breakfast crew do an awesome job it’s usually Lindsey or Brooke who takes my order and if there is a mistake they correct it quickly. I am glad that this restaurant is convenient to my home. Let Lindsey and Brooke know I appreciate them and the others for there work, if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have places like this. I’ll be sure to ask if you acknowledg their dedication and work.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Jack’s located at 4984 US 78 in Oxford, Alabama.
I placed my order at 1:53 PM, and it was immediately obvious I walked in during a shift change. There were many employees behind the counter, yet I stood waiting for several minutes while multiple staff members saw me and no one stepped forward to take my order. This lack of attention set the tone for the visit.
I ordered the two piece chicken dinner with green beans and fries. One of the chicken thighs was so overcooked it was completely inedible. The second thigh was decent, which only highlighted the inconsistency. The green beans were mushy, and while the fries tasted fresh, they were the only part of the meal that met expectations.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely concerning. There were numerous flies on the windowsills, food on the dining room floor, and several tables that had not been wiped down. The bathrooms were very dirty, and there was visible grime buildup on the legs of many chairs throughout the dining area.
What was most troubling was the lack of management oversight. I watched multiple managers leave the restaurant without checking the dining area, and employees clocking in did not appear to inspect the restaurant either. The overall environment felt neglected and poorly managed.
I travel through this area every two to four weeks for work, and I can say with certainty that I will never return to this Oxford location.
The only positive part of this visit was the cashier, Lindsay, who was polite, professional, and genuinely kind.

Drive through never gets the order right. All drinks products are always flat. And if you go in to order don’t expect to get fast service. And had hair in my burger once and that was the last straw. This place will not get another dime from me.
10/12/25 update. Wife made the mistake of going to jacks in Coldwater. Had a small order of food for her and 2 friends. Ends up not getting her food she paid for. Thanks jacks.

I order from jacks often. They have good breakfast but the staff always seems stressed with bad attitudes. I had a delivery order and jacks has no way of adding cheese to your biscuits or eggs on the doordash app so u have to call. I called and whoever was upset that I asked to add cheese to one of my biscuits. She says she now has to redo my whole order but ok and quickly hangs up in my face. Unacceptable.

Today after three years of going here. The fries are cold ave the chicken sandwich was hard. Why do I come back? It’s only plane around really. Make sure you say your order clear and loud. Then after that sit in the driveway through to make sure they ask you again if they heard you right. But still take the risk of them picking what they want to serve you.
