We did go here for dinner on Nov 7th ! Vibe was good ! We were served hot bread and it tasted soft and yum . But the main course was served almost after 40 mins . I am sure it’s busy time . Ordered chicken shawarma (4/5), lamb( 2/5) and chicken(4/5) kabob platter. Lamb was so hard . Muhammara and Babaganoush are decent . When we ordered desserts we did kunefeh and baklava . But the server got pistachio ice cream , we said we didn’t order it , she said that’s ok and went back in to get baklavah . But we ended up paying for ice cream too which was given to us by mistake . Server was Katya I think .

Over all I don’t say it’s a great experience . One more thing I would like to mention is serving plates which are small rectangles were hard personally for me to eat food from. Because most of the food is sharable and those plates are not that helpful.

I ordered the Kebab Combo with rice, hummus, and pita bread. The meat and kofta kebab were good and flavorful, but the rice and bread were served cold — the bread was hard to and cold . I had to ask the staff for fresh bread, and they brought hot ones, which were much better. But I shouldn’t have to ask for that basic, it should’ve been served hot in the first place. The zaatar didn’t taste authentic, just oily. Overall, okay food but not what I expected.
If served hot,it would have made difference.

Fatoush was good actually. The chicken shawarma wasn’t super good, there wasn’t a lot of flavor. The falafel was ok.. felt on the dry side, maybe not fresh. The rice combo was cool but it was too on the wet side

My new favorite Lebanese restaurant. Very delicious, huge portions. We ordered the Mezze Medley and Kabob Combo. It was enough food for four people. Everything was perfectly spiced, very fresh, and the meat was tender.

The Beef and Lamb Shawarma sandwich was the best I’ve had in a long time. The sandwich was bigger than I expected and stuffed with meat. It was definitely worth the price. I’ll have to go to the restaurant sometime.

☕ My Turkish coffee was also excellent. Strong without being bitter, no sugar needed. I did add a little coconut cream to it though

The fries were well seasoned. Understandably, because they were delivered, they were a little soft when they arrived but I just threw them in the air fryer and they were fine.

I’ll have to write the review on the Knefeh later, I’m too full to eat it right now

Thank you Tanoor

My wife and I went for lunch on October 11th, 2025 and ordered the Family Mashawi (Mixed Grill) for two.

Food:
The overall taste of the food was average not particularly good, but not bad either. However, the first entrée that came with the bread (zaatar) was disappointing. It lacked an authentic flavor and didn’t taste right at all.

Ambience & Amenities:
The atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the inclusion of a prayer room a thoughtful and convenient addition.

Service & Issues:
Unfortunately, there were a couple of serious concerns. The kafta kabob that came with the meal was cooked on the outside but completely raw and cold on the inside, with a very rotten smell. I informed the waitress, and although she brought a replacement, I had already finished my meal by then and didn’t eat it.

The explanation I was given that the “marination makes it look raw” did not make sense at all and was not a reasonable justification for serving undercooked meat.

Portions & Extras:
For a meal meant to serve two or more people, the sauce portions (dips) were quite small. Additionally, charging $1.50 for hot sauce and even extra for garlic sauce felt unreasonable, especially when these are typically complimentary in most Middle Eastern restaurants.

Pricing & Final Thoughts:
We ended up paying $100, and despite the issue with the raw meat, there was no apology or attempt to make up for the mistake, which left a poor final impression.

Bottom line:
We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to others.

Went to celebrate a birthday including 2 folks requiring gluten free. Our server Alex went above and beyond to notify us of gluten free but also which things could be made gluten free with modifications. He also made the birthday extra special. Alex was patient, knowledgeable, and kind! The food was excellent as well. This was my 2nd visit and will certainly be back!!!!

Had a great dine-in dinner at Tanoor! The ambiance was warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxed evening. Ordered the Arambeet, Batata Harra Fries, Falafel Plate, and Baba Ghanoush, and everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. Loved that they have a solid selection of vegetarian-friendly options. The falafel was especially crisp and delicious, and the baba ghanoush had a great smoky depth. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Amazing Halal restaurant!
We ordered the lamb entrée & Shish Tawook.
Lamb was succulent and juicy with lots of vegetables. You even get to pick your own appetizer and choice of rice. Plenty of food for the price. Very Reasonable and service is great. Definitely recommend.

Aya was very lovely and polite. Highly recommend Tanoor for exceptional service and food. Hands down the best Mediterranean food I have had in my entire life. My friends and I ordered the mixed grill for 2/3, and the Kunefe with orange blossom sauce. I have no words to describe how amazing all dishes were. The halloumi fries were phenomenal, and the falafel and spinach side dishes were incredible as well.
