I asked for my strawberry and cream cheese crispers to be extra crispy in hopes they would be done all the way through. To my dismay they were cold in the middle. My pancakes were spongy and over done. My partners order was totally messed up as he got sausage instead of chicken in his southern fried chicken and biscuit meal. The waitress wrote it correctly and the cook still got it wrong. I hope they do better in the future.

We had to wait over 20 minutes for a table but over 25% of the tables in the place were empty. Why are we waiting with all those empty tables? There were 5 other parties waiting too. When we finally got a table for just my husband and I a group of 7 teen girls were seated near us, they didn’t wait at all. Parties of two were eaiting but one if 7 did not? Anyway, the girls were obnoxious, talking so loud eveyone in the county could hear them and giggles galore. It’s fine to have fun but don’t make so others around you cannot even have a conversation. In cases like this the restaurant should speak up and tell them to be quieter. Surprisingly the food cane out less than 10 minutes after we orderd.. so that was fast. The waitress was nice but never refilled our drinks or even checked on us. The food was fair, I mean it’s perkins it’s never bad food buf never great food either.

The food was good tonight. I give three stars on service because they are obviously understaffed. The waitstaff was running ragged to no fault of their own. I only saw two people waiting tables- good job you two! Four stars for the atmosphere because you could hear the people in the kitchen hollering and laughing from the tables.

Waitress came to table, brought us coffee in a dirty looking carfe took our order brought us our food and never seen her again. Food was room temperature and very bland ” Big Breakfast skillet” building was chilly and dirty.

My mom and me order same thing. Order hashbrown and eggs and bacon. I return my whole meal. My mom ask for light grease. These has browns were cold and very very greasy and also look like they have been sitting for awhile. Then staff in back cook, I believe was yelling about the food and the manager jason was arguing with me refuse to take my oder off the bill and remake make it since he wanted to charge me. Didnt give me manager number but talk to someone and since we paid gave 20 percent off. After jason argued with me about remaking it. He said my hash round were warm , I asked how would you know unless you touched my food. Didnt sayi.g anything except for I have to pay for the meal.

Ordered a meal that was $14. Asked for a side waffle thinking it was $5-6. Got my receipt back and the waffle was $11. I didn’t touch my waffle at all when I had gotten my receipt. Asked if they could take back my untouched waffle and reimburse me but they “couldn’t” because it already came out of the kitchen. Disappointed for the waitress not telling me a side waffle would cost that much and for the manager not at least giving me a discount. Who charges $11 for a waffle? I can see protein being more expensive but a waffle shouldn’t cost that much. The fact that the waffle was almost the same price as: 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, and two biscuits with gravy/sausage/cheese. I liked Perkins before but not anymore. Not eating there again. You lost a customer.

My husband, daughter, and myself came here for Christmas and not only was the staff and atmosphere festive, our food was delicious. The true star of our experience was our server Tia. She was prompt, attentive, warm, and kind! She made sure we had a good experience from the time we sat down until after we were even done eating.

My waitress was Abigail. They were so sweet to my family and I. I complimented their hair, and they complimented my shoes. The fries were a little to seasoned. The whole stay took less then an hour.
