This 5 stars is for Brandy and Brandy only. We walked into IHOP today (3 adults and a toddler) and waited a while to be seated. The only one nice enough to fill us in that they were short staffed was Brandy. Her customer service is amazing and honestly she was the only employee in that restaurant that gave a damn about the customers. No one else really took the time to apologize for the wait or explain anything to anyone. It’s clear that management doesn’t give a damn or else they would have been in there like Brandy. But they weren’t. They left their staff to fail. Brandy deserves better management and a BIG raise.
Matter of fact, just make Brandy the manager. She would run the show a whole lot better than anyone else.

My family and I wasn’t please with the food or service. It took an hour for them to bring the food out. When we got our food it was cold. My wife told me her big steak omelet had very few pieces of steak. My oldest daughter was missing a pancake. The waitress never brought out any refill for our drinks. And to top it all off the waitress knew we wasn’t happy and she tried to give us only a $1.60 discount off the bill, which is a slap in the face. I ask to speak to the manager, which he never came, but a senior waitress came and heard our problems and told us that the meal was on them. Next time I just go the the Ihop in Greenville.

I ordered breakfast for me and my mom. I got some chocolate strawberry pancakes, those weren’t good at all. I tried to eat them despite being a disappointment because the breakfast was pretty expensive, and I didn’t even get the strawberries! I also gotten a side of the two sausage patties, MAN, these patties were dry as a bone, hard as a rock, and cold. My mom liked her stuff so that’s good at least… 2/10, Effort for effort.

Our food was not good at all.. yes I understand we had a snow storm! But if you can provide exceptional service and good quality food.. due to folks being out! Don’t open the restaurant! And stop giving or telling patrons excuses why the coffee is cold or whatever………

I had the BEST brunch! I loved the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict. I changed the eggs to scrambled eggs. I also had the Crispy Breakfast Potatoes. It was SO good! My husband enjoyed the Breakfast Sampler. Our waitress (Roberta, I think) was super nice – she made sure that our order was exactly what we wanted. We always have a good experience here!

Took over an hour of getting seated, ordering and getting the food just to eat it in ten minutes. The employees were kind and polite. I ordered pancakes and they were good, but it just took too long to get them.

It took 1 hour to get my pancakes and everything kinda felt off, and it took like 20 minutes to get my drink. The food was decent for gluten-free. But its not that hard to make pancakes especially AT THE INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES. I will not be coming here again.

Service was not bad. The server was great. My daughter asked for scrambled eggs ,but I asked for mine to be well cooked, and one, it looked like someone chopped it up for a child. My daughter had apple juice, and she drank half when I noticed stuff floating in it. This was my second time there and no more after that.

We were visiting from RI, came in with a party of 14 for breakfast at noon on a Sunday. They were short staffed, but Brandi and Liz still served us with a smile. They were super pleasant so despite the wait (expected with a party of 14) we had a good experience.
