We had a great experience, better than any other experience at this particular location. Our server Kevin was very helpful and polite. He went and got the store manager, assist with a major food allergy. And to my surprise she was awesome!The cook also was a great help! I appreciate everyone. They both made our experience Well worth it! I felt safe as far as my allergy and satisfied with service. Thank you Manager Chelsea!!! The cook and KEVIN!

My family and I went here yesterday (8/23). We ordered boneless wings, a kids Mac and cheese meal with mozzarella sticks and two burgers. Our server, Kaitlyn, seemed very sweet initially when she asked for our drink orders but then she began to neglect our table. At first, we thought she might have just been swamped with work, but I watched as she passed our table multiple times and checked up on other tables on more than one occasion, checking to see if they needed drinks and clearing their tables. My husband actually had to get up and get us our silverware and plates because she never brought us any. Then, because it was dimly lit in the restaurant, I didn’t notice how pink my burger was until I was more than halfway done my burger. My husband then asked another worker to get the manager. The manager came to our table and asked if I at least found the meal enjoyable. It sounded like a trap question, but I honestly answered “yes”. Not really a fair question. If I were eating a burger in a dimly lit restaurant and it tasted enjoyable until I found something like a toenail in it, of course the burger would be enjoyable up until that moment. In his defense, he didn’t have attitude when addressing my concerns and he did wind up taking my burger off of the check, so I’m grateful for that. Overall, the rest of my family enjoyed their food so I would say this was just an okay experience despite what happened with the server.

Overall the experience was solidly positive. Kalei L. is very pleasant /professional as a Server whom kept me informed & quickly replaced my not so hot fries. The Meal Deal is an excellent value with endless fries , the burger was cooked to perfection & very juicy on a fresh bun. The Manager even came to check that I was okay and was very open to some solid suggestions for feedback

We were here overnight for medical reasons and it’s right up the road from the SpringHill Suites. Decent food, server was absolutely great especially with my elderly mother. Checked in regularly and was super quick with anything we needed. Compared to our local AB it’s a very nice location!!!

Whoever makes the food for deliveries needs to treat peoples food the same way you treat the ones in restaurants food. It’s actually ridiculous at this point. Ordered a 6 oz sirloin steak to get a steak the size of a small burger patty. It was cold, hard to cut and chew and it wasn’t medium rare. On top of it the “cheesy broccoli” the cheese wasn’t melted all the way, it was grainy and cold. Actually ridiculous. The kids meal was cold too, but shoot I’d rather cold Alfredo than a cold steak and grainy broccoli.

I travel quite a bit with my job and have the opportunity to share places I enjoy with the clientele I maintain. I always place service as Paramount. Last night was no exception and so good I revisited this afternoon. Last night the server was truly phenomenal in ever since of the word. She treated my 87 year old mother as if she knew her a lifetime. Should you get the chance, her name is Katrina and been with applebees for 18 plus years. She was accompanied in epic performance by the general manager Mr Travis. He sure has the polish to make you feel you are the only guest he knows. So my visit today to affirm my visit last night was met with equal satisfaction via miss Lauren; the bartender. She ran the bar with the confidence of the horses I watch racing on the TV. Of course I had a chance to once again bump fists with my Travis. This is a true jewel in a world of ever changing restaurants in an indeterminate invironment. Sat at the bar and was served by Tara and Lauren. They are so personable and make you feel welcome. Tara remembered what I drank even though it’d been a while. Food was very good, but its the employees that have my wife and I coming back. Tara and Lauren should get credit for their hard work and personalities.
