Burger was not as ordered. Ordered the All-American Smasher meal in the app. Ordered the burger without onion, ketchup, and mayo. Burger had all three on the burger. Didn’t find this out until I got back to the office on my lunch. Tomato was mushy as well. Definitely not the best burger I’ve had at a Sonic. Check your order before you drive off to make sure it’s as ordered.

Lydia the shift manager has terrible customer service skills. She needs to be coached on her poor attitude. Order was messed up twice and the soda was flat and fries wayy greasy. 0 accountability. When I asked for a refund she said she was unable too and too talk to the main manager Roger. So the next day I spoke with him. He was great at listening about the incident and was able to refund by cash. He said she could and should have refunded it back to my card the same day. However she lacks professionalism and decided not too. Kids with with little power trips should definitely be addressed.

I understand that food never looks like the advertised product but come on. Crispy chicken not crispy. And the cheesy double smasher I guess they legit smash it in the box. Went in months later. Ordered a single slushy with nerds candy. Missing the nerds candy.

Very disappointed, I remember when the car hop was THE place to go. The drinks were ok, the food on the other hand- you can see a picture of the burnt and exploded corn dog my daughter ordered, you can see the picture of the footlong coney with ummm no chilli. And the onion rings were only half full. To think these people want $15 to $17 an hour. At least the manager is offering to fix the issue.

TWO shots!!! 1st time tots were hard & cold, burger was raw!!! PINKISH type raw!!! Went back & the next tots were greasy & SMELLED as well as tasted OLD!!! And the replacement burger was under cooked as well!!!! Save your money… Sonics USED to have REALLY spot on food!!! Yet NOT TODAY from my experience!

I get y’all are saving money by removing the kiosks and just putting signs with stall numbers for mobile orders. But what if I need ketchup or napkins?
