I got the chicken sandwich, some mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I guess it was partly my fault for getting the Mac and cheese but I thought it would be very hard to mess up Mac and cheese. This establishment took that as a challenge. This was the most vile Mac and cheese I’ve ever ate. I took one bite and gagged. It was brown and tasted like soapy water. This should have never left the kitchen.

My story is almost unbelievable but I’m 100% not making this up. Earlier this week I ordered on line two chicken sandwiches. There was one car in front of me but left after about 15 seconds and the employee said she would get with
me as soon as possible I waited almost 15
minutes before i got to tell them what I was picking up. When I pulled up tho the window a female haded me my order without saying a word. No sorry about your wait, no thank you. I left thinking she was upset and that maybe they were understaffed. Now is gets crazy! The next day I ordered the two sandwiches once again on line. This time the attendant did respond quickly but told me to hold on because they were working on a big order. I waited nearly
15 minutes before I was able to tell about my online order. I gave her the order # and was told to park and that they would bring it out. After 20 minutes I asked an employee that brought someone else’s food. She acted upset as if someone inside screwed up. They were the only others in the parking lot. While I was waiting a male employee sat in a chair next to the entry door and smoked a cigarette. There were two times he came out and his pants were down exposing 3/4 of his underwear. After waiting 45 minutes t went in to tell them to cancel my order and I wanted a refund, the same lady who never said anything told me I would have to go online to get refunded. I asked her if my order was ready and she said it was. She got my order and then I reminded her of her rudeness the day before and my experience that day and that I was going to make a complaint to corporate. Her exact words were “ I don’t care”.she said it twice so then I asked for name and she said “you figure it out” and on my way out I told her I would never come back. Her words were you are still here as I was going out the door. The two employees that were going in and out of the store ( the droopy pants guy. Were sitting it a car next to me. They had been there for a while. I wanted to let the know how I was treated inside. The car was full of smoke and reeked of mariguana. I don’t want to hear an apology and that Popeyes strives for customer satisfaction. I will never go there again. You need to cleans house and hire respectful people

Do not order and pay online. I’ve been trying to get my money refunded for three days. Due to them not having chicken available. Instead of refunding my money they want to give me a twenty dollar coupon. This is my hard earned cash money you took and failed to provide the food. This isn’t the first time you havent had chicken! Waste of time to try to eat here.

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal. The big box online says 6 dollars for 3 chicken and 2 sides. I got charged 12 dollars for 3 chicken, 1 side and a drink. I had already left when I opened the bag and saw that they gave me two chicken legs and not 3 tenders.

Ordered online and went to the drive through, took over 10 minutes to hear anything over the speaker and that was after we yelled and were told “hang on i’m short staffed” very rudely. There were only 2 of us in the drive through so I don’t understand why it takes 3 people over 20 minutes for 2 orders (i work in food service so i understand being short staffed and busy) but this was unacceptable. Once we got to open up our food we find we have no utensils for our 2 mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, only 2 of the 4 sauces we ordered and the mac and cheese was FOUL, a half inch thick layer of cheese on top of the tablespoon of macaroni and the bottom has a pool of grease. This isn’t the first time we’ve had terrible service from here or the other location in evansville but this time was absolutely unacceptable. Thank GOD they gave us straws so we could attempt to use them as utensils for something.

I went to this Popeyes and we waited 20 minutes just to place an order because this building is so low staffed and then whenever I received my chicken sandwhich, a piece of paper from the cheese was still on my sandwich and I had eaten half of it before I realized there was PAPER in it. Whoever the owners are need to get their shit together because there’s no reason to have allowed these situations.

Ceiling is leaking bad everywhere in the lobby and the staff is rude to each other and everyone. There is mold on the ceiling and it’s spreading and they need attention bad!!! Or shutdown

if i could put a 0 stars i would. will never be returning. waiting in drive through at the speaker for a straight 45 minutes, and when asked if they were ready they proceeded to imply they had 5 other people in lobby. There were 2 people in the lobby who came in 20 minutes after we were already in drive through. The lady who was in the speaker had an attitude and was very rude and disrespectful. This is what i mean when I say food industries have gone down hill! People are disgusting and so are their food.

I was 7 minutes for wings and to park ahead( While the worker cussed and complained of quitting) nothing to do with us….Over 20 minutes later 4 costumers were received their food and left that were behind me went into the store where the lady at the counter asked me about my order and she found it WASN’T EVEN PUT THROUGH she said. In the meantime , someone that was parked behind me came in and still got their order before I did… the Chicken was even small and old.! What happened to this location

Manager cursed me when i ordered. He tried to give me reasons to go someplace else. Food was ready under his 15 minute quote. Then he cursed at me after a got my food. This place needs to be rebuilt with better staff and more staff.
