Don’t bother using their app with this store. When they screw up, the process to get a refund is impossible! They’d rather blame their delivery service when the restaurant clearly put “2 of 2 bags” and left out the 3rd altogether, an entire happy meal!! For context 1 bag was just the drinks and condiments, the 2nd bag contained the nuggets, 2 hamburger meal, quarter pounder and fries. All I asked was to be refunded for my daughter’s Happy Meal that was never received and here I am 2 days later still going back and forth with their customer service because I ordered through their app! Customer service wants to blame Door Dash and not the store. It is not worth the hassle! I never have this much trouble using Taco Bell or Burger King delivery. If they forget something, they adjust the charge the same day!

Didn’t get their name but they were working the drive thru yesterday on feb 13th around 10:30-11am . We order 2 large Carmel coffee with our food . The boy at the window pass us out only 1 when we reminded him we got 2 he’s response “ unfortunately I can’t rang it up here you have to go back around in the drive thru.” You don’t make your customer do extra for your mistake . you could have taken the card and ran back to the first window and rang us up another coffee …… so it was obvious he was trying to be difficult . As a manager he needs some training and maybe should be in the back away from customers since he very much lack customer service skills. Oh and he took time to say all that ( because drive thru suppose to be quick why we doing all this talking instead of you going to rang up my other drank yall FORGOT) and gave us no straws . We had to go to Burger King

On December 23rd went in with family to eat. Wanted a little thing of ranch to eat with fries and manager said she would charge me $1.29. Manager was very hateful. They got my husband’s drink wrong so went up there to get him right one, and accidentally spilt it coming back to seat. Since I spilled the drink and they charge $1.29 for ranch sauce, I offered to pay for spilled drink that was never cleaned up and manager was ugly about that. I was just asking for ranch packet. There was a man that came in through drive thru and got 2 or 3 packs of ranch sauce that wasn’t charged at all. We will never go back to this McDonald’s, and will continue to go to Cape Carteret McDonald’s because it’s the best! Bad customer service at this one! They don’t deserve any star.

I got a big Mac and two cheese burgers. The big Mac bun was literally torn in half and gone. BOTH cheese burgers had onions smashed into the top of the bun and none actually in the sandwich. Lets be honest, the quality bar is set low for McDonald’s but to mess up each item is impressively stupid.

We’ve eaten at this McDonald’s multiple times and we like using the mobile app because that’s what McDonald’s promotes but every time we come to this McDonald’s whether they are busy or not they still ask us to pull to a parking spot and wait on our food

at first they gave us the wrong order, but it was corrected. but then, when i got my spicy sandwich there was literally a drop of sauce on it. i work in fast food so i understand mistakes happen, but a drop? of the sauce that makes the spicy sandwhich spicy kind of sucks.
