This place has lots of potential, but even after a few months still seems to be trying to figure out what it wants to be. The menu has a great variety of food, but what you get is pretty hit our miss. Sometimes the meat arrives cold, portions sizes vary from visit to visit, and service can be good or bad (partially because they’ve switched from a more fast food service style to sit-down).
The salad bar has been consistently great. The tri-tip is excellent (when it’s served hot). And I’d say that when everything is good, it’s a very good value. But that’s definitely the risk with visiting this place, you never know quite what you’re going to get. But it’s definitely worth a try if you have a BBQ craving.
