This place used to be so good. Whoever owns the franchise, look at the management. So here are the examples and by the way we have been living here for 10 years so we were clients since the beginning.
1. The potatoes: rushed and a lot of oily taste. I remember when they used to be good and with flavor. This time all burnt and just rushed, tasted like they were sitting there for a while in bulk.
2. Coffee: where is the old good taste? Did you change coffee providers?
3. Even the jelly. Remember the signature jelly that had no comparison elsewhere for your toast? It’s now a simple Walmart Smuckers strawberry jam.
Now on top of that if you don’t arrive before 9.49 am you are in for a wait. Lately the kitchen staff is aweful in speed. And it makes sense, the market of this type of skills has a high attrition and ever since Covid has struggled. So if you visit this place you will taste the struggle and the cost saving for sure.
Waiters/Servers amazing as always. Ambiance is meh but it’s a diner so didn’t expect anything else.
Owner, the reason you have so much people is because there are not a lot of options for breakfast. But if someone with money invests in being your competitor this is going to fold. Kekes paid attention and they got back up and are way better, also the other two local businesses like 393 and Music City. Hope you listen!

Walking in and out doesn’t feel special, just a place to eat. The staff was nice though. The menu has really good options. Like the blueberry cornbread with lemon butter, so delicious and could be ordered on its own. Slightly crispy in the outside, warm and blueberry sweet on the inside, the lemon butter tops this off and makes it feel like a dessert 9.7/10. Ordered the waffle and it’s light but just thick enough to feel like substance. Battery tastes good and they add powered cinnamon sugar. Easily an 8.3/10. The banana granola crunch pancake is good, just not that good. Too much going on, 5.5/10. I’m a bacon aficionado but I’ve got to say, the million dollar bacon is both the best and the worst. I wouldn’t get it again but that’s just because it’s a novelty act. Still, it was great, 7.9/10. Staff was nice, location looked clean. I would go back. Overall rating is a 7.7/10

Ella was so kind! She wasn’t overbearing but she made sure to check on us & ensure we were enjoying our meal & needs were met!
Love the waitlist option as well. Joined from home & by the time we arrived the process of being seated was short & sweet. The greeter up front is always welcoming with her bright smile & works well under pressure. Thank you for always delivering excellent service at this location

LOVE First Watch!!!! Food and service always exceptional. Kale salad and ham sandwich today. One of the best salads I’ve ever had. Warm grilled chicken and warm maple roasted carrots. Amazing! I mentioned to my server, Danielle, how much I liked the carrots. Several minutes later she surprised me with little side cup of them. 5 stars for Danielle. Thanks a bunch.

There was a time where you couldn’t pay me to bad mouth first watch. The waffles, the avocado toast, the tacossss!
But as of recent the quality has gone down and today was the last straw.
Last time I have avocado toast the eggs were so greasy it took away from everything else.
Today I ordered the power wrap and it was literally swimming. While I know egg whites can produce liquid this was a little excessive making it less possible to eat like a wrap and more like a soggy chimichanga.
It also was bland and tasteless which was really disappointing because a little salt and pepper go a long way.
Potatoes on the side were severely undercooked which was disappointing onions in said potatoes were burnt not caramelized like a traditional potato and onion side dish.
Overall disappointing meal again

Every time we eat here it is so freakin good. We drive from Clarksville and every time we have great service, even on busy days. And I would say this isn’t your typical breakfast food, it’s a fun twist on breakfast food. Our server, Jamie’s was good to us this visit as well.

We came here for the first time we ordered the million dollar bacon as an entree which was probably the best thing we had, my wife ordered the chickachanga entree which was really good and I ordered the shrimp and grits it didn’t have a lot of flavor but I do know when you try it you have to eat everything with it it needs just a little bit of salt. The drinks were good. We will definitely be back here and try something else.
