Marlo and his team really took care of us! It was a good value to start and when he came around with the fries that really was just an extra touch. My boyfriend (a restaurant owner) and i even talked about how this system would bang in our city. We will be back when we are in Atlanta.

My burger was so good and fresh I came back the next day and had an even better experience. I was able to meet the man in charge MR.MARIO and he was great. He had great customer service offered me options that I didn’t know about yesterday. I was very pleased and glad I came back. I definitely will to continue to come here for a great burger and great service. 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND THANKS AGAIN MARIO FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE

I placed an order online and while I was waiting I was getting sauces to take with me. While I was doing that the manager looked at me and said with a whatever the hell are you doing tone “Can I help you bud?” I felt like he was insinuating that I wasn’t buying anything and I was just getting free sauces and toppings. I’m a very confrontational people that doesn’t not like being bullied. It took everything im me to not blurt out “What do you think I’m freaking doing? Stealing?” Instead since my son was with me I said “I placed a mobile order.” And he said “Oh, what’s the name? (Name given). Its right here.” No thank you or anything. I will never come back to this location after the GM treated me like that!

Loved the different sauces and seasoning salts. Bobby’s Sauce is great on fries and the burgers. The the topping bar has a great selection to put veggies on the sandwiches. We will be back. The peach tea is good..

Felt the pricing was too high for what we got and the food was just mediocre. There was nothing unique about the flavor of the burger. It was just… meat.
Loved the ‘build your own’ aspect of the topping bar, but that wasn’t enough to bump this place up.
I got a chocolate shake and it wasn’t that great. It was very liquidy, but again, no unique flavor to set it apart. We had been looking forward to the meal all day and it let us down.

Lady at the front counter was very nice. She explained everything to me perfectly. She had stellar customer service. Food was great and hot. Came around with extra hot fries. Great experience. Jami was the lady at the front helping us.

The quality of the food did not meet expectations, and while the cashier was respectful, he lacked enthusiasm and a welcoming demeanor. The atmosphere was acceptable, but the restaurant had run out of napkins on a Saturday morning, suggesting that restocking may not have been completed the night before.
Additionally, I ordered an Oreo ice cream and expected it to be brought out shortly after my meal, but it was never delivered. I eventually had to go to the counter and request it myself, which I nearly forgot to do. Overall, the visit left room for improvement in both service efficiency and attention to detail.

It’s so wonderful to visit Cheeseburger Bobby’s in Marietta Ga! Such a wonderful staff and great food! I am so grateful for young people who are so kind to the community! I am in a wheelchair and they open the doors, they come by my table like other customers in kindness! A well trained staff by such good people!
