Last night, around 10pm on 11/21/25, we went to this Applebee’s location. At the same time, 30 high school student’s, including my son, also went to Applebee’s to celebrate their hardwork and success with their student run One Acts. (They did call ahead, a few days in advance).
Upon entering, we learned that the restaurant was FULL and ,we could tell the hostess was a little flustered; ahead of the 30 students, there was also a party of 11. Despite the hecticness of the evening, I feel the staff did a wonderful job!! The hostess, as mentioned, was never rude or annoyed to any of the students, or my family. I’m not sure how the server’s that handled each group of students were towards them but, from the ones I witnessed, they were fantastic! They were kind and patient and some even chatted with the kids about why they were all there.
I also wanted to share that OUR server, Cyrell, was awesome! He was fun, upbeat, attentive and on top of things.
Kuddos to the staff on this night! I’m sure it was a little stressful to say the least; but they handled it so well!
Thank you for helping these awesome students enjoy their celebration; and for helping my family have a great evening as well!

I had the Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl. It was delicious. We were there a bit early for the dinner crowd but in time for happy hour so it was alright that it wasn’t busy

The food only got 4 stars due to the steak being tough, other then that it was good. The person at the hostess station was not very friendly or engaging. The server that was supposed to have my table only showed up to give me food, another server actually took my order and made sure I was taken care of.

I love Applebee’s, I love going in there and sometimes sitting at the bar, sometimes sitting at the booth. My waitress turned a wonderful night into a horrific evening, with her attitude problem from the moment she walked up to the table. She destroyed her pen right in front of us and didn’t pick it up with the floor had to come back two or three times to get drink orders. She spilled the marinara sauce which splashed on our sneakers, “didn’t say sorry” but when you thought this night couldn’t get any worse our waitress held us hostage. She refused to take payment for the food and refuse to give us back our credit card for over 30 minutes. Moving got up to approach her she said that she’s not doing anything and we winded up having to get a manager to intervene.

My family and I visited this Applebees on Wednesday 2-4-26 and had a relatively good experience but after the meal, and after paying, the waitress asked for the ziosk device so she could “fill out our survey for us” because they were having a promotion and she “needed a good review”, wow that’s rude. We’ll never go here again.

Placed an order through Uber Eats. The restaurant handed my food to some random person without even checking who it belonged to. When asked to simply remake the order, they refused and told me to cancel and reorder. That’s lazy and unacceptable. Why should the customer jump through hoops because your staff can’t manage basic order handling? The driver waited, I waited, and they couldn’t be bothered to fix their own mistake.

Placed a curb side pickup online. Notified them that my husband was already there waiting for when the food was ready. They said they see him waiting outside and the food is just about ready. 15 minutes later my husband calls them asking where the food is and they forgot about him. Got the food home and his dinner was dry and the onions were hard. I called them and they apologized and wanted to give me a certificate for the next time we get food. I told them no. Just refund me the charge for his dinner.

I ordered my food for take out , super friendly waitress provided great costumer service fresh food that taste great , nicely packaged my food which I appreciate whole heartedly. I do not like my food just thrown in a bag like most of us . Applebees is always a go to spot for me . We enjoyed our dinner ❤️

My sister was there Saturday night 12/27/25 and saw a little Jerry (mouse)running around customer table.that was disgusting saw it but beside of that bad experience, my sister loves applebees.
