This was my first time at this establishment and the second time for my wife. We had a late afternoon lunch. We were seated promptly. The waiter took our order. He was very nice.
We orders the combo platter of cashew chicken and pepper steak. It came with your choice of rice. I ordered the wonton soup as an appetizer and egg rolls.
The soup was exceptional. The best I have had in a long time. It had 3 large wonton dumplings. It was served very hot. The broth was well balanced. I just added a small dab of hot mustard for some zing. It was close to perfection.
The combo platter was excellent. The portions were generous and th ingredients were fresh. The vegetables were not overcooked, attention to detail was appreciated.
While the egg rolls were delicious, they could have been served hotter. That was the only drawback to an otherwise exceptional meal.
Overall, I had a great experience and plan to dine here again. It’s a very clean restaurant. The owners definitely take pride in that.
They also serve sushi. I plan on trying that next time.
The only other thing I can say is that the music is a touch too loud.
If you are looking for good, honest Chinese food in Cleveland, this is it.

Food was fantastic in my opinion. Ordered appetizers of bbq ribs, the chef’s specialty of Hunan chicken and shrimp and I asked for extra spicy and they did a good job of that too. Wife had the pork and garlic sauce and everything including our service was exceptional. I will definitely come again and recommend it to anyone that wants good Chinese food.

Sushi is fresh and delicious. The stuffed avocado is actually a heap of crab salad layered with sliced avocado. It is excellent! The service was prompt, friendly and really, outstanding from the moment I walked in the door. Cassie is the best!!

Had kind of a long wait. Server, Chelsea, was great and attentive. Tempura veggie appetizer and spring rolls were delicious! Most of us complained that the food was too salty. Personally, I think too much soy sauce was used. I was also kinda bummed they didn’t have traditional asian hot mustard sauce. Instead it was like hot mustard mixed with wasabi. Way too hot clearing out sinuses and burning nose hairs… I like wasabi on sushi, but not on my Kung pao beef. Lo mein noodles also seemed salty. Texture was great, but flavor was masked by the saltiness. Another time I got coconut chicken from here, I think it was good, if I remember correctly. I would be willing to give Fulin’s dine-in experience another chance, in case it was an off night…

I’ve always loved the service and food here but the place needed some TLC.
Wow! The difference is night and day! The new booths are beautiful and comfortable. The accent wall makes it look quite swanky.
You all need to come check out the new fixtures and enjoy the same great food!
Plus for middle of no where, Tennessee, the sushi is the best! My favorite is the rock city roll

Great service , food was brought out pretty quick. I’ve had better sesame chicken and honey walnut shrimp for less but it was still good. Chicken was nice and crispy, then noodles were also great. Honey walnut shrimp was 100% not worth the price. Fuji lava roll is recommended

This is my go-to place! Most importantly, they have gluten-free options. Ask for Layla. She’s wonderful. I went today and had shrimp in lobster sauce. Good portion. I should have taken pics because it was delicious I don’t think there was one thing that I had ordered that I didn’t like.

First time eating here- got it to go but sat at the bar to wait on it. Atmosphere seemed nice the short time we were there. Food was really tasty, though my wife ordered sweet and sour chicken and they left out the sweet and sour sauce.. didn’t notice until we got home. Seemed a little expensive for the amount we got but what we got was pretty good. Will be trying it out again one day!
