As others have already said, this is one of if not the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The wait times are ridiculous and even after taking so long my orders have always been wrong. I ordered a McDouble with no mustard and no onions and somehow got no ketchup and extra onions. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I gave a pass thinking it was a mistake, but now it seems almost intentional with the amount of onions they out on. They even put them in the cheese, luckily I’m not allergic, but someday someone might be and then they’ll have a bigger problem on their hands. I highly recommend you don’t eat here, as the employees don’t seem to be able to handle even the simplest of orders.

Every time I go to the Park Rapids McDonald’s I am asked to wait. This trip I waited 20 minutes and when they brought our food out they forgot one of my happy meals and had to go back and make another meal making the wait longer. I try to avoid this place as much as possible but my children ask for it and I brace myself each time I come and will never stop if I’m in a hurry.

We stopped on our travels and a quick stop was 45 minutes long. Very disorganized and process was very inefficient. This McDonald’s needs to have help to streamline the process. Sorry, we try to take many factors into consideration but this was not an efficient stop. The young lady was trying her best to keep things moving.

Great workers but customers seem to be pretty stuck up for people too lazy to know where their kitchens are. I am amazed by how well the crew and managers take the disrespect and verbal abuse by the customers that seem to think that they’re soooo much better. I honestly think that if others think they can do better than maybe they should either cook their own food or fill out an application. I love that McDonald’s hard working and caring crew and management. Thank all of you for putting up with the moronic customers that you have to deal with. ❤️

I waited in the drive thru line for 32 minutes for food I ordered through the app. And it was barely like warm and had the wrong sauces. I spoke to the shift lead, Tim, and he was so unbelievably rude and was raising his voice at me telling me there’s absolutely nothing he would do for me regarding my wait time in the drive through. The drive through windows moved slow, the cashier said the restaurant had four workers for breakfast menu during the switch to the lunch menu. Food was hot tasty fresh.

Never had to wait in line on two different visits to get my wife’s Large Coke. The drive thru is very unique coming off the street to a 90-degree turn before straightening up your vehicle and then be careful of the alley crossing.

I went to eat at this place and there’s kids and little goons running all over in the back where they make the food, one worker was touching the little girls hair, face and then proceeded to make peoples food with no gloves or washing hands. Some workers wear dirty clothes that aren’t work uniforms, just regular clothes that they have probably wore for multiple days on end.
There was a worker who was on break and was just sleeping on one of the benches in the dining area, nobody could sit there to eat cause he needed to sleep where people are supposed to eat for some reason.
There was food everywhere the place was an actual dump, food on the floors from multiple days ago.
If you look in the last picture you can see a lot of the workers sitting on the outside enforcing child labor, looked my my like they where having a little girl who for 100% sure wasn’t hired there do their work of pressure washing while they all sat around.
Ppl need to be fired from here for allowing children in the back and not being sanitary at all. Not satisfied at all, very disappointing, this is causing me to have depression.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst “fast” food experience of my life. Waited 1.5 hrs inside while the drive through was backed up. Messed up my order several times even after clearly stating my order and it being repeated back to me. Many people from the drive through came in with incorrect food also. Help was not helpful. Absolutely awful.

Almost everytime I’ve gone to this McDonald’s the food is messed up/ missing. Not only are you paying for food you won’t get..you will be sitting in there drive through for 45 mins. Don’t expect good food or fast food at this McDonald’s and always check your food before leaving.
