Compliments to the manager, she took the order over the phone and personally walked it over to the hotel we were staying at, next door.
The margarita flatbread was delectable and the Honey Chicken Stir Fry was scrumptious.
The only flaw was that their bread pudding was dry and flavorless. It was missing a very important part the sauce. It came with ice cream but that didn’t add flavor or moisture. *disappointing!
Overall, Engrained Brewery provided a good dinner.

We go to a lot of breweries and pay close attention to the beer food etc.. Beer, food, atmosphere was good here. The service I don’t blame the server overall, but it was kind of rough. This time was a different occasion for dinner after a sporting event. Met up with team members and family so it’s understandable large groups are hard to serve. The place is in a parking lot of Scheel’s Dome and sports complex so you would think a lot of teams and families, large groups would go to this location. From the time of ordering a drink, it may have came out ten minutes later if at all. Food was confused, randomly coming out even though everyone ordered around the same time. The 2 out of 3 kids meals that were ordered never even came out and the parents had to get a to go bag. You heard a lot of “sorrys” from the server, But nothing really done to resolve. There were other entrees that were delivered late, but everyone else was already done eating. The manager should have probably have signed two servers for our party. If my family of three our bill was over $100 i would imagine.The servers would have made pretty good tip off this group. I still tipped well. Not to nitpick, but the question we had was about 50 cents for pickles on a burger and 50 cents for the cheese. It might have appeared that we were nitpicking, but why would a restaurant not disclose on the menu but they list Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, cheese selection come on the burger but still charge for them separately. To us it was the restaurant nickel and diming the customer.

While visiting Springfield, we stumbled across this restaurant on or first night in town, and we’re mightily impressed. They have so many delicious sounding choices on the menu! The first night I had a Comfort Bowl – an excellent choice! Super tender shredded pork, corn, cheese & BBQ sauce over spicy griddled potatoes – satisfying and oh so yummy My companion raved about the burger & fries. With such a great first visit, we went back a couple of nights later for the ribeye steak and the Pork Feature (tender, deliciously spiced ground pork medallions served over a generous portion of creamy macaroni & cheese). We’re leaving tomorrow, but when we come back to Springfield you can bet we’ll be back to Engrained!

Good selection of beer. Went for the blackberry but actually liked the hefeweizen the best.
Food was fantastic! Their beer batter on the curds and onion rings was light and crunchy. Hawaiian flatbread was amazing as was the pork blueberry brie sandwich.
Highly recommend this place.

Zak was awesome! We had a large group holiday party and his service was amazing! I’m not sure how he did it but he did! Excellent job and I loved your sticky hand earrings! ❤️ also the cheese curds were excellent as usual. They had a fun holiday drink menu – the grinchy green expresso martini was yummy! The ribeye was perfect – I cleaned my entire plate!

Excellent food and excellent service! I stayed in the SpringHill hotel next door and walked over for an early dinner. I got a seat immediately and food was out fast. My burger, fries and mac & cheese were all fantastic at a reasonable price.

My girlfriend and I were in Springfield for a weekend getaway. We love breweries so decided to give Engrained a try based on the recommendation of a friend who lives in town.
We came in to eat around 5:30 pm. Even though our reservation was at 6, the place wasn’t at all busy and we were seated early.
We waited at the table for 10 minutes before a young man stopped and asked if we had been helped yet. We said we hadn’t and the server said we weren’t in his section but he would help us.
We both ordered the honey chicken stir fry bowl
And it was wonderful. Great flavors and a nice amount.
The beer was good too.
The atmosphere was great. Quiet enough to talk and a little dark. Just the way we like it.

Went to have dinner here tonight with girlfriend. Dinner was ok. Got cake to go …..yikes. This is unacceptable. Pretty sure that is mold
