If you are a person who does not like people, this is the place for you. Absolutely no interaction with humans. Ate in and food was barely warm. The Shamrock Shake was delicious, but the coloring was not completely mixed in and a little bit of a turn off. Most every table had not been washed down. Personally like human interaction. Too impersonal for us. We go out to be pampered, not go from phone screen to another screen. The whole point of going out is to not have to do anything but be greeted with a smile, have someone take our orders, cook, serve, and clean up. That is the dining out experience, even for fast food. We enjoy appreciating people who make a difference for us through tipping. Again, no interaction with humans. Why … eliminate jobs and save money. Not our vibe.

I’m going to report this particular McDonald’s to corporate every time they are HORRIBLE! I’m going to start recording and taking pictures of how they don’t acknowledge customers at all or door dashers. They in their phones only talking to each other and dealing with the drive thru. They all lock eyes with you and don’t ask if you need help or nothing. They only acknowledge customers coming in there getting their attention by talking in Spanish. This the ONLY McDonald’s in Waldorf that does this. I’m complaining every time until it’s better. Corporate needs to know how this particular store is running. Acknowledge customers and dashers there to grab ORDERS

The food isn’t the issue here; the customer service definitely is. On one occasion, the restaurant, although open, simply ignored all customers. Employees were visibly at drive-through windows, but simply not speaking to anyone in the line (even to communicate what was going on) or at the counter indoors (from one of the windows I observed someone attempting to flag down an employee who was also simply ignored). On another occasion, I ordered two meals, which were initially rung up correctly, only to have the order changed to one meal and a sandwich, which meant the rest of the meal had to be pieced together at various windows and, ultimately, inside through the individual purchase of each of the missing components, which is either an intentional grift for extra cash or means that the staff truly isn’t paying much attention at all, as the missing components were named and re-ordered multiple times.
Better to go elsewhere until this location is able to figure it out!

Ever since this Mc Donald’s remodeled and hired new staff it has been horrible. When they first opened I had to send a cheeseburger back 3 times before they finally got the order correct to add bacon. This morning I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I noticed no cheese. I asked for my correct order and they said that biscuit does not come with cheese and it would be .99 plus tax to add cheese. I knew this was not right as I have ordered the same sandwich before with cheese. I also double checked their menu which says sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Horrible service and that’s why they never really have any customers there compared to the surrounding stores. I will not be going there again.

Did drive thru and ordered #7 which is a pair of breakfast burritos meal and it was missing my mild sauce. Also when I ordered a Large coffee with it the bill came out to over 7 dollars. When I ordered the same thing at another location today (the next day) it was only $6.88. So main thing is, it is the classic “check your order and receipt” before you leave routine .

I had an awful experience at the McDonald’s on 3000 Crain Highway in Waldorf, and it was all because of the manager, JP. He has got to be the worst example of customer service I have ever encountered. He acts like he’s some big boss and talks down to people as if he personally owns the store.
This morning around 9:30 AM, I simply asked for an order of fries. Before I could even finish, JP immediately shut me down, rudely saying, “We don’t serve it at this time.” He was completely dismissive.
What’s frustrating is that I know for a fact other McDonald’s locations serve fries in the morning, so his attitude was not only rude but incorrect. He needs serious training in how to speak to customers. I will not be returning to this location as long as he is managing it.

I work right next to the Mcdonalds and Everyday I get my Breakfast from them but today they forgot to put my syrup and butter for my hotcake. So I called the manager explained to her about the situation and she hung up on me.

There is a language barrier. The person at the drive through (female) was not very professional or courteous. This is the McDonald’s next to the Outback on route 301.

Never eat here! Not clean! I went in to get lunch and use the bathroom. After seeing the bathroom I will never trust eating here ever again. If they can open up looking like this then imagine what the kitchen could be like. Shame on the manager that allowed this.
