Very disappointed. I feel like Panera Bread has gone downhill and today I was reminded why. I ordered a full size chicken caesar salad. What came out was a joke. The salad was so small I thought they had made a mistake and had given me the half size. So, my husband brought the salad back up to the counter and he was informed that yes, the salad was indeed a full size salad. What a joke. The salad was truly only covering about a fourth to a third of the bowl. I doubt I’d bother coming back unless Panera makes some changes. The dining room could also use a bit of updating and cleaning.

Gotta love this Panera. Great quick service and I am sipping at the Sips Club with a free cold or hot beverage every 2 hours. Today I tried the Mexican corn soup with a hint of kickin spice and thick like chowder. I love the other half of my you pick 2 strawberry pecan chicken salad and poppyseed dressing which I chose on the side. Speaking of sides, you get a side of a baguette and need to request the apple or chips

It was one year since my last visit to Panera. I was excited to see the Countryside location improve on management. With a packed dining room, they improved on timeliness, staff training, and quality. Quantity is another story!
Like most restaurants that have raised prices while reducing the quantity of what you pay for.
Panera has joined in Corporate Greed. Had I not had a coupon, I would have walked out after reading the reduced menu selection and the raised prices.
The pick twos are now more expensive with less quantity.
Take a look at photo of the 1/2 filled salad bowl and the paltry steak sandwich!
I won’t return, no matter their improved timeliness!

Employees are very rude management makes fun of guests in the lobby manager was making fun of me from my table very uncomfortable and unpleasant when I am eating from the hand off plane I will not come back here. Fix the attitudes your employees make it’s unacceptable. Including for being close to another Panera within 20 mins you will lose customers.

Enjoyed an amazing strawberry caprese chicken salad and iced tea at this location. Lovely employees and a great ambiance to work. Location is ten minutes from Dunedin Pickleball courts.

Good food and good service. It was a bit slow but they were slammed right at lunch time. Very busy and it’s your typical Panera. Not much difference between them except for the really new ones off 54. Those are super nice. The sips club membership is pretty good deal.

Ordered a bowl of soup and a bread bowl of soup to go. Picked up my order and when I got home, there was no soup for the bread bowl and what they consider a bowl, most places would call a cup. Had to make a trip back to get the soup we’d ordered and paid for. All we got was an I’m sorry for our troubles.

Great breads – not so great sandwiches!
I will tell you that Panera had good baked goods. Their breads, bagels, etc are great. However, we visited for lunch. They have limited sandwiches and what they do have leave something to be desired. Again, the bread was great, but the rest is just an afternoon to make more menu items or of a bakery.
My wife and daughter had soup and it looked good. My wife had a grilled cheese and want impressed. My daughter liked that mac n cheese.
They forget my pickle with my sandwich. When I asked for it they have me a dehydrated pickle spear. Gross. After I mentioned it to the manager, she got me a fresh one – but I would expect better presentation for the prices they charge.

I specifically come here for the papaya green tea with my lunch. The machine was down and as I complained to my fiance, an employee named Heather overheard. She walked up to me and told me to give her a minute. She then came out with a full glass of that tea and said her goal was customer satisfaction. This is a perfect example of what’s important in this industry. Thank you Heather!!
