I am thoroughly impressed! I would call it upscale fast food. Although the burger didn’t look like the picture, it tasted better than the picture looked. The meat was delicious. The kids meals are a bang for your buck and my kids loved them. The custard was fabulous! New favorite for sure!

Their fish and chips is delicious, but pricey for fried fish. I wish they would re-introduce fried chicken. That was my go to meal when they had it on their menu. They cooked to order, so you had to wait a bit, but their 8 piece meal was a great deal!

Today I came to Culver’s and asked for a bucket of cheese.. apparently they don’t do that.. strike one.. then I ordered 70 dollars worth of food and was missing 2 boxes of pretzel bites.. strike 2.. after all this torture, I was forced to eat what I had. Shortly after taking a couple bites off my cheeseburger., I noticed they left a strip of paper from the cheese still on it and I took two bites. I won’t stand for this.

I’ve lived all over the US and just love Culvers burgers. This was by far my worst experience with horrible service and a horrible burger!
It was storming outside and very loud. I couldn’t hear the gal taking my order very well. I got to the drive-thru window, she was very curt and seemed annoyed. I paid and she asked me to pull ahead, which I did. When she came out with my meal, i asked her if there was ketchup and salt in the bag. She said that I told her I didn’t want any. If she asked me when I ordered I couldn’t hear her. I asked her to go get some and she rolled her eyes and sighed, but she did go get it. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. My fries were overcooked and cold. My burger was not hot and the cheese was not melted. The bun was smashed down on the meat and pieces were missing from the bun! I took a bite even though it didn’t look very appealing. I could tell this burger was made ahead of time. It was dry and tasted old, not typical for Culvers at all! I decided to go back through the drive through instead of going in because of the storm we were having. I explained the condition of my burger and asked for one to be made fresh. My burger was ready at the window with only two cars in front of me. I know it takes a little longer than that to make their burgers. The second burger I got, was the same condition as the first. I will not go back to this Culver’s again. What a huge disappointment.

On Wednesday, 2-25, ordered 3 piece fish meal for $23+. Went through drive thru for meal. Went home to Pueblo West to enjoy my meal. At home upon opening my order I only had 1 piece of fish. Called Culver’s & left message. As yet no one has been courteous enough to respond to my phone message. Plan on going back on Saturday with receipt & Ipad photo of 1 small piece of fish to request 2 more pieces I am owed. Very overpriced, poor service.

Waited 30 minutes for a curdside order for 3 ice creams. Never came out after checking in so I finally went inside to a counter with a dozen employees standing doing nothing. Then they handed me my half melted order from the well. No apology. No attempt to explain why I had been waiting. No recourse at all. This is the 3rd time in a row they have been sub par at best. Horrible horrible leadership.

worker forgot to put food allergy no lemon on our order. When we noticed the receipt we reminded them and they had just put the order up. The crew in the back pulled the tray down and remade the food but used the same container. They then bagged it and gave it to us. I mentioned to the workers they can’t do that and need to remake it and use a new container. The GM Emily came out from the back and argued that they did use a new container and they all look the same. I explained I could see the container the whole time and it was never changed. I finally just asked for a refund as she walked off to the back and then came back and asked if they were getting us a refund so we could get out of the store and grabbed all the food. We were refunded for the cash we spent but also had used the tokens for free kids meals and didn’t get them back. This all happened February 5th and still haven’t heard back from the owner after sending a email to him. I also have already messaged the Culver’s page and haven’t got a reply

We ordered two cod dinners what they gave us was two fish sandwiches. we did not check until we arrived home. We called and spoke with Jose. No help at all. Nor were the two female managers. We work hard for are money. We were charged 36 bucks plus change. We have always had good service from Culver’s. However the attitude and service was the worst ever experienced
The sandwich, which they gave us ounce again not what we ordered, was very poor in its appearance as you can see from the pictures. The hometown adds Culver’s places on line do not describe the service or product that was portrayed tonight. The bread was soggy, the fish batter soggy and not even all there, lettuce was wilted, the sauce looked like it came out of a week old container and cheese was non existent. We threw the food out and ended up finding something at home. Please see photo.
