5:45p arrival on a Monday. About 5-6 people in line. Wait wasn’t long. They kept the line-surface clean, but there were pans with food cross contamination. No smiles or warm welcomes, out of fajitas (no apologies, no consolations, just a “we ain’t got none”).
Service and experience were average. Staff should be trained to handle outages better. All 4 male employees had a beard and not a beard-net in sight.

We ordered online, but had to wait about 15 minutes longwr than the scheduled time for pickup. One associate offered free drinks to everyone that was waiting in line for pickups. Overall the food was warm and the drink did help the fact that the food wasn’t ready.

They missed a whole bowl, and the sides, and when I went back, I showed them the greasy receipt that got greasy because they put a bowl in a weird angle and it fell on its side and the meat juices leaked out. I told them what I am writing here and they gave me a hard time. They did eventually fix the problem but it was like pulling teeth!

Amazing team, who are working hard on New Year’s Eve! They had a long line out the door and were moving swiftly and efficiently to get orders completed and help their customers. They werent neglecting safety either, taking the time to sanitize and wash hands to make sure everyone was safe. Will be sure to come again.

I started coming here again a couple months ago but I won’t be back after the last couple times I’ve been today they have 3 guys on the line the one with the dreads was fine but the 2 others are at least 40 and honestly they need to find a new job it took 10 mins to get my food done after they did the rice and meat like are u serious? Not only that but they were both bad mouthing customers right in front of a whole line. Ridiculous do better they just had a bunch of good people a couple weeks ago I gave them a compliment not too long ago but it seems they just hire a bunch of ignorant people n mess everything up in that store every time it gets better!

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Over the years the folks working there are consistently sour and confrontational, with customers and with each other. Love Chipotle food so I check back periodically to see if maybe, just maybe it’s turned around, but still no.
They didn’t have a bunch of items (an hour wait on guacamole?) which is weird because it seems like the whole virtue of having those metal replaceable containers is that when things get low they can have a reserve prepared ahead of time.
Come on corporate restaurant, you’re supposed to be better than this, if nothing else than providing a work atmosphere that doesn’t make me feel like your employees are about to break out in a brawl with each other.

Been here a couple of times and each time they seem to be out of veggies.Staff have no smile and appear to be making fun of guests under their breath. They talked to each other prior to me walking up as though they enjoyed themselves…sad. I love chipotle has a company and has a product but will find another source and not return to this store

Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to the drink section with the straws etc was strewn everywhere and the tables weren’t wiped down. They were also out of several items 5 hours before close.
The food looks fine, but I was unable to get all the items I wanted… out of fajitas vegetables and all spicy salsas.
**update: they drenched my food with sour cream. I didn’t come here for soup.

Ordered a bowl had to tell him three times to add rice just to get the proper amount, then was shorted on my chicken so I asked for extra and was shorted then when I say something the non chalant worker next to him says it’s his first day like that’s any excuse to why my bowl wasn’t being made proper ,new or not, then I ask for lite tomato’s just to get the same amount of tomatoes as chicken so that was confusing long story short if yall don’t have a set proportion yall need to because the fact my bowl is smaller than it usually is and I eat chipotle four day a week at multiple locations and never had an issue until today with new and non chalant workers is crazy because I don’t know if she was the manager or what but her approach was nasty and rude and I’m not one of her little friends or associates I’m a paying customer and the way I paid the correct total I expected my food and service to be correct as well. Will never go to that location again or recommend anyone else too horrible service
