About three months ago, this would’ve been quite a different review.
About three months ago, it was taking on average about 30 to 35 minutes on a weekend to get your order. That was just for coffee. There is an appreciable difference in delivery time and friendliness at this location over the last two months. Seems to me something has changed probably management but it is translating into happier customers and the much needed Shorter. Wait times. I’m horrible with names and remembering but a wonderful lady just helped out and I told her about my new experiences, she was so grateful, so helpful. She’s helped us in the drive-through line before which used to be stagnant but now moves very efficiently. She’s a supervisor, And clearly cares about her business. Anyway, kudos to the change keep moving forward and will keep coming back.

Probably my last time here. Sometimes the coffee is perfect and very hot where the cardboard sleeve around the cup keeps my fingers burning. Other times the coffee is only warm/sortof hot. Today was just very strange: There were many cars in the drive thru which I equated to holiday weekend which is fine. I finally pull up to the window and my favorite barista (dont know her name but she is always very friendly to me) said for me to pull into a parking spot as the pike coffe is cold and that they were brewing me a fresh pot. Ok, great, actually a few more minutes wait is fine. So another person comes out with my coffee a few minutes later and said, “here u go this was from a fresh pot.”. Yet she walked across the parking lot to me with no cardboard sleeve. And yes, sure enough coffee is yet again just warm. I just dont understand what is happening there. How could it not be burning hot if it was just brewed? If youre a coffe house, and Starbux is, if u cant consistently get me a hot cup of coffee every time, ill take my business elsewhere. Starbux, can u contact me? I really like your coffee but Im just confused. Thank you
*** update***. Going through email with starbucks was a waste of time. After that, I tried the “chat” option and the customer service rep said they would process a refund for the drink which I received immediately. I asked if the district mgr would be made aware of the complaint and the rep said yes. The refund was a good gesture which I appreciate but I would like the temperature of the coffee to be fully investigated and resolved. I still have no confidence however and dont plan on going back. As a matter of fact, the last 2 times ive been to MF, ive gotten Mojo Coffee down the street and it has been excellent. Mojo also has decaf which is big plus

Love the view from this Starbies. Having grown up in the area is a great place to enjoy a cozy coffee. Staff is super friendly. A must stop.

It’s a Starbucks store in the local area. Inside the store is okay but I like the location where it’s standing on the hill where you can look out from the parking lot.

Absolutely no greeting even after I said Good Morning. Service is atrocious, made to wait for my drinks 10 min while drinks made & put on counter for customers not even in store.. Mojo’s will get all our coffee orders for now on
FYI this is @ 5:55am. When I questioned why taking so long got excuses such as ” to go order was 2 mins before yours so they make them first & that’s Starbucks rule”
My opinion is use a little common sense!

They insulted my friends disability he suffered from a syndrome from when he was a kid. He lost his ability to move one of his hands, and he was called a freak by the cashier The rest of the staff did nothing just watched. I have never been so disgusted at a Customer Service like this Starbucks. and I had about $100 bill and I was ready to pay for my entire family and my friend and I walked out I spent hundred dollars for my family and this is the type of service we get I’m sorry But never coming back to this Starbucks again if you truly wanna go to a Starbucks go to the one in Burnet, they have the cleanest, the nice luxurious and they are the kindest Customer Service I’ve ever received at Starbucks don’t come to the one in marble Falls

Came across this Starbucks on the way back home from San Antonio. Taking the scenic route home and stopping here in Marble Falls, Texas. It is situated over a very scenic overlook. From here you can see miles and miles of the Hill country. Absolutely stunning. Well worth the detour off the interstate. Very friendly service and the coffee and food was wonderful!

I hate doing this, but I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so negatively just for wanting to change an order that I spent 14$ on that I couldn’t even stomach because it was so poorly made. I normally throw away and go about my day, but decided to try and change it or get my money back. Almost every head that was in there was angry unapologetic and burdened by my small request of a remake or changing it to something else. I felt so uncomfortable that I just for once requested my money back. Bad spirits operating there. Or every Starbucks for that matter. Help us Jesus to all my nicer.

This Starbucks sucks so bad. Not only are the employees and the manager always rude, they’re very slow, and they consistently make my drink wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever been to this specific Starbucks and had a good experience. Train the employees and management better.

We come here at least once a month. The store is clean and tidy when we go inside. Customer service for the most part is really great, even if we go through the drive thru. The pastries are good, and the drinks spot on. I’ve never had a bad experience to say anything otherwise 😉
