Awesome LJS! We missed you so much when you renovated, but now you’re back and better than ever! ❤️ The staff is very friendly and hard working, everyone who works there are always staying busy cleaning, helping customers, and making great food. Wow! Best place to eat if you want good seafood fast! I love long, John Silvers, and always have! I love seeing this place with such a big crowd! I can’t believe I got my food handed to me before I even put my wallet back in my pocket. The front girl who took my order is amazing! She’s a gem! So kind and helpful! I wish I knew your name, but I didn’t catch it. She wears glasses is all I can say. Super super super customer service! Only thing I want to say and it’s not really a negative is that there were so many people in the restaurant complaining about the ketchup and the tartar sauce being in those tiny packets. I understand because I hate that too. Long John Silvers management listen closely… It’s better to lose a little ketchup and tartar to waste than to lose customers who don’t want to sip and open 30 packets of ketchup just to get a piece of fish or fries covered. Don’t be cheap, this is your only issue at this store. Don’t waste the opportunity over something silly. Anyway, I’m giving you five stars because it’s the second day in a row that I’ve come to have lunch and it has been great both times!

I’m not sure how they expect older people to sit in those high table tops or even people with young children. I decided to take my food home but was shocked when I opened up the container the fish is half the size it used to be and they only give you half the amount of everything else that goes with the fish. The shrimp were weird because they had like a different powder on them than they used to and they were kind of rubbery. When I called them to ask about the fish they said that’s the size they’ve always served and I said I am sorry but I have eaten there for the last 3 years until they tore the building down. That is not the size of fish or shrimp that they used to serve. Because we’re in a tourist town we get charged twice the price at all of these restaurants in town. I can go to McDonald’s in Harriman Tennessee and get a Americano for $2 and they charged almost $4 here in Sevierville. The egg McMuffin has gotten so small they could not make it any smaller and double the price. A large fry is $5 and they only feel the container half full.

Brand new building. Food was hot and excellent (waffle fries were tough and chewy though). Cole slaw excellent and crisp. Only downside of new structure was sauce station gone I’m gonna miss that.

Wanted to give them a try since they rebuilt. Went through the drive thru and had to park and wait 10 minutes only to be given the wrong order! Didn’t check until I got all the way home not that I should have to.. waste of money! thanks…

This is a nice clean restaurant to eat. The fish is cooked well and tasty. The sides need some work. Green beans were bland and the slaw was watery. I got th 2 piece fish meal, the menu board stated is was 10.99 I was charged 11.99 not sure why. I also did not get a drink with this meal. Service was good and quick and the young lady was very nice.
