Always a good meal. If I lived closer I’d go more often, it’s basically just a better chipotle. Workers are always helpful and offering suggestions of what they like. Lots of options to have, 9-10 meats, fish, tons of sauces and items to add to the burrito, even fried diced potatoes pieces. Price is reasonable and equivalent to what youd pay at a fast food place.

Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Chorizo: so good! They gave me a side of jalapeño maple syrup. I’m usually a wimp with anything jalapeño, but this stuff was amazing! Go there, eat it. You’re welcome.

Been coming here for over Ten years and am always polite and friendly. Well the new guy Peeper threw 3 pieces of chicken on my burrito so I asked for one extra piece at the end as well as a bit more cheese, not too much to ask and he says to his coworker “He throws any more SHIT on that Burrito and he’s getting charged extra”.
Not sure whats going on but thats crazy to be talking to customers that way probably should let the guy go if thats how he acts.

First time at Matador Mexican Grill while visiting Fort Collins, and it did not disappoint! I had the smothered chicken burrito, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. My family also loved their meals, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely a spot we’d visit again!

Quick service. Love the queso grilled chicken brito. Love that they support other local businesses, such as with the selection of craft beer on tap and local ingredients. Nothing like a craft beer and fish tacos for breakfast.

I’ve been coming here since I was 15 and it just opened. Unfortunately the last couple of years the pricing has never been consistent for a simple potato burrito with no protein. Some days it’s $7 and others it’s $13. There hasn’t been one time this year where it’s been the same. Wish I was able to know what I’m paying for a product before I get to the register.

First off, CHEAPEST beer prices I’ve seen virtually anywhere. 1.91 for a can and 2.91 for draft with a pretty great craft selection available.
The burritos were pretty good but the meat, both in mine and my dad’s, lacked something. For him, it was a little bland. For me, the chicken didn’t have the consistency to know when I was actually biting into the chicken.
The success were pretty excellent. I got the ghost sauce and it was sooo good. Had a great kick but still a lot of flavor.
Chips were also fresh made and pretty delicious, though a few were a little oily. But, I’d rather have fresh chips than plain chips so no real complaints.
All in all, some room for improvement but great place to check out!

Definitely a good place to eat! The food is always fresh and they use very high ingredients! Plus the staff is very friendly.

Not good food. “Green chile” is not made with a roux, it’s a salsa style – not a stew or New Mexico style. Potatoes in steak and potato burrito were old. Gross. Chips are store bought, over salted. I don’t get the great reviews. It’s anything but. If this place had or gets any competition, it’s done for.

I believe this place is known for its beer, rather than its food because whatever we ordered was at best “okay”.But their beer prices for some reason are very cheap..Any beer there is 1.69$, I don’t know how but that is amazing.
