The drive thru attendants are always nice polite and ask if we need condiments. The food was well prepared not under or overcooked. the tacos done to the right temperature not stale or burt. Onion rings are delicious. Thank you to the Jack Team for making my day pleasant. This is my preferred spot un Chula Vista for Jack in the Box.

Out of all the many locations available for Jack in the Box, this one has the best service in staff and food decisions. They had a promotional item longer than all other places in San Diego. I have 2 closer choices yet this is the best one

This was my first and definitely last time visiting this Jack in the Box. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the woman at the drive-thru was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make things worse, my order was wrong. Really disappointing experience save yourself the frustration.

I had a very bad experience with this back in the box , I went to get late night food at 10:30pm at night on February 1st 2026, and the drive thru girl lady was very rude I asked for sauces and she sighhhd and rolled her eyes she forgot my drink and I tried calling when I got home and she hung up on me 3 times not once but 3 times , I worked here in the past for a year as drive thru and never did I give bad service get better workers with better service , I would love to complain to higher up beacuse jack service should be better from the employees

I’m in town for a month. This Chula Vista location has been my favorite since I lived here as a child. They Always have the best service and a menu that has favorites of mine. The food is always fresh and good tasting. I’ll always be back. I am enjoying the app very much. It’s easy to use, makes pickups a breeze and saves me Money!!! Thank you

I went to Jack in The Box this morning on 3rd Ave and Quintard st. We ordered two tacos, and a couple of other things. What a disgusting surprise. Tacos were horrible, Tacos looked like they had been there for weeks, meat and lettuce were dry. What a horrible experience. We will never come back there.
