This was my first time at this location. I was pleasantly surprised at the bright, clean and modern atmosphere. I like the variety of options on the menu including selections like gluten free pancakes. There are options for low carb as well. Nothing gourmet but if you’re wanting breakfast comfort food this will fill that desire. My daughter enjoyed her colorful pancake with berries on top. Service was very slow and the server wasn’t friendly and didn’t crack a smile the entire time. I would be willing to return.

The experience here was amazing my husband and I went about 2am. The allstate guy was an amazing server and gave us amazing conversation, kept us laughing. Just like family. Go give this him 5 stars and his service! “All state cuz your n good hands”

It had been a minute since we had “a midnight breakfast” @ IHOP. But my daughter asked if we could go, so me, my daughter and wife loaded up and headed to the IHOP in the Rim. Not packed at all. Seated ourselves. We picked the right night to do it because it wasn’t busy at all. And we had the best service from “All-state”….and dare I say…..”we were in good hands” all night. He was the only one waiting tables, but his attitude was second to none! And we’ve partaken in our fair share of midnight breakfasts…..and typically…the servers are rushed, uncaring and irritated……and the food isn’t up to par compared to the rest of the day….. HOWEVER…. that was not the case tonight. All-state took great care of us and the food not only looked great, but tasted even better! My wife and daughter had pancake combos (with my daughter getting chocolate chocolate chip pancakes!) and I had the Colorado omelette with hash browns.
Don’t know if future midnight breakfast outings will be this stellar, but tonight was terrific!!

This is a good IHOP. It is standard IHOP food with fast and very friendly service in a spic n span clean facility. If you want a good breakfast or standard comfort food and don’t have a lot of time, this place is for you.

Norma and Brandon did an awesome job. Really the whole staff did great. We came to this location about6 months ago and were not pleased. Now it was GREAT. Big improvement!!

Just finished eating at this location. I ordered the bacon temptation and it was absolutely phenomenal!! Kudos to the cook (I was told his name is Diego) From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very kindly by the male host with glasses! My sever Joseph was also great and really efficient.

Highly recommend! This is a great place to get good Breakfast or Brunch with a family or couple not on a date. Atmosphere is good too for the type of establishment. Service was quick and pleasant, and the food was also very good. Only reason it didn’t get a five star is because of the type of establishment, it’s not a Perry’s Steak House, but again you are not paying Perry’s Steak House prices either. This is a five star review for a family atmosphere. Great inexpensive place for a family meal, with very good service and tasty food. .

Shannon our service was great at attending our table. Shannon had a very inviting attitude when she greeted me and my party. I really appreciated that she was very attentive, patient with a soothing tone of voice specially when she took my friend’s order now that she is in her senior years.
