This location is awful. I ordered a double filet-o-fish meal with 3 cookies and a medium sprite. I received 3 hamburger patties completely drenched in Tartar sauce. I also didn’t receive any cookies and the fries were unsalted. I go to this location to ask as to why my order was made this way b/c I feel that it was intentional. I talked to the Regional Manager Stephanie. She explained to me that she was not there overnight and has no idea what could’ve happened and that it was not intentional. I asked her was somebody being funny or in a bad mood and then her attitude changed to being rude and dismissive when I ask valid questions and says I’m not going to go back and forth with you. Based upon the photos on this review I showed other people they too said it was intentional. I went to other locations and showed them these photos and they said it was intentional. Stephanie says that with food delivery apps UberEats should’ve never allowed me to order dinner items when at the time they would’ve switched to breakfast items. That’s beside the point because someone managed to find 3 hamburger patties and ALOT of Tartar sauce to put in a box with no cookies. I then called corporate and I go the same dismissive statements and she was making excuses for Stephanie and her crew. This is a public food safety issue. People like this shouldn’t be handling the public’s food if this how they are gonna act because now I don’t trust you. Please stay away from this location. It’s very apparent they have a culture of terrible service and quality assurance. Also based upon Stephanie’s attitude in not surprised the employees have the same attitude. Also Ms. Stephanie wanted to come out to my car and say to me that my order was not in her system. I also left a photo of my receipt that shows the address.

In the morning, they make only one person run the entire drive-through so you sit there for absolutely forever while one order at a time is taken and often in the wrong order. They will clear out one side, both cars and leave two other cars sitting there till 5 to 10 minutes before they let them order. Then they make each order before they take the next order. As I write this, I have been sitting here 10 minutes waiting just to order a coffee and I’m watching the left lane go through slowly. There is somebody in front of me who has been waiting for even longer. Whenever I come up to the window is only ever one person handling the entire drive-through, even during breakfast rush 7 AM and onwards.

Sat in the drive-thru for over a half hour. And I mean at the speaker, before anyone got on to take my order. The wait prior to that was just as long. AND THEN to wait all of that time, just to be told they weren’t serving fries, ridiculous! They only had 3 people working.

Glad it’s not just me who thinks this place sucks. I actually try not to go here. Every time it’s awful. They function like there’s only two workers and if that’s so they shouldn’t be open. Order is 90% of the time wrong. Takes forever to go through drive through. I had to leave after ordering once cause it took so long.

They take one drive thru order every 15 minutes. Took the fast right outta fast food. Went inside to get my order there instead since drive thru was moving so slow, and ordered through the app. My order was marked ready 10 minutes before it was actually ready, and I got heckled by loud teenagers for the last 5 minutes after they finished shouting for “Mario” behind the counter.
It was such an awkward and uncomfortable experience, plus the entire restaurant looks AI Generated on the inside. It gives a weird and unsettling alternate reality vibe. Thanks for making my diet easy I guess. A salad would never do this to me.

Writing this review as my boyfriend is STILL waiting. He was waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with nobody answering, and going in, nobody was at the front desk. they take for EVER and we are unsure if we will even be served breakfast. he got there at 9, went in at 9:30 (kudos to his patience because i would of went to a whole different mcdonalds) and is still waiting a long time waiting for his food after ordering on the kiosk. My grandma used to also try to come here and would have the same issues, sometimes never even getting her food. Get like howdershell or up your game my familys purposefully avoids this mcdonalds for its horrible customer serbice and lack of attention / improvement

Slowest McDonald’s in north county. There will be multiple people working yet ignoring customers. The drive thru is even worst. Every car waits at least 15 minutes before they are even acknowledged. When you are finally acknowledged, it’s to tell you what they don’t have.

Placed a mobile order at 7:45. Arrived right at 8 o’clock to pick it up from inside, like I had selected in the app. Doors were locked early for some reason. Had to wait 15 minutes in the busy drive through to get my food, which was already made and getting cold. Once I got home, (right down the road), my food was almost ice cold which told me it had been ready and sitting for a long time. Additionally, the person who made my burger must have been upset that I asked for extra pickles and onions, because there were barely any pickles or onions on my burger. If you’re going to get mad when people come inside and lock the doors early, or get mad when someone asks for extra of something, and give them even less than the standard amount to “get revenge” on them, you probably shouldn’t work in customer service. Get a different job so someone who actually wants yours and will do it right can have it.
They also ignore Doordash orders to keep their drive through times up. I’m losing money just standing here every time I get an order here. Just make orders as they come in!

Perceived manager was an ignorant dark skinned female insistent that I change a mobile order to counter order. I use the app for cheaper pricing and ability to pay with venmo. Not my idea of customer service as the app is cumbersome. There should be more employees and less attitude. I drive a vehicle that doesn’t fit thru drive thru , quit making me do your job, I should not have to learn an app to order food. This shift manager was excessively ignorant and abusive at approximately 2:40pm 10-13-25

omg service is terrible ! big lighskin girl with dreads is so RUDE ! it’s not my first rodeo with her. She’s rude to everyone who comes in and has no problem talking about you to your face Every time I come in I know I’m gonna have a rudeness served with my food dealing with her
I was trampled by elementary school kids, while I still waited two hours for a chicken sandwich. do not go here !
