This is my go-to stop when I’m in CDA. Normally no problems. The last time I was there, I ordered a chili to go. I was eating the chili after driving home and bit into a crunch that seemed out of place..I spit this item out and examined it. I could not identify this item!
Since I have Celiac Disease and the only “safe” menu item is the chili, I was quite worried about cross contamination!!
On my next trip through town, I stopped by to inform the manager about this experience.
Rachel, the manager on duty made it right.
She explained that sometimes bits of bean or onion in the batch can have a weird texture. She then paid for my meal.
I am very grateful for her customer service.

Went in to redeem a free frosty coupon with a kid. Thought about buying a meal to go along with it, but everything was $7-10 and I was too shocked to make a purchase. I’m sure it is accurate to the level of ingredients and etc, but I can’t afford that type of meal right now. But. The kid enjoyed their free frosty and the place was clean and staff was very kind.

This time the chicken salad was not good. Clearly lettuce was past its prime. We were 30 miles away before noticing, otherwise would have returned it and gotten food to go elsewhere. Very disappointing. Staff was very friendly which is why a score of 3 and not 2

Everytime I order through doordash and request sugar cookies… I get chocolate chip. Spoke to the manager who said they are supposed to make cookies all day. But if they get busy they just substitute whatever they want. Might as well just put chicken nuggets in there or a piece of cheese.

Seating area needs cleaned up more often, didn’t see anything serviced before, during, or after we sat down for a one hour snack.
Food was good.
Staff was nice.

Friendly personable staff, service above and beyond. Bathrooms very clean. Breakfast food was very tasty and we were even offered free senior coffees.
