GARBAGE! ️.Just spent $23.68 on a 2 Double Quarter Pounder meals. Picked up food to take on a long road trip and what was served was enough grease to fry fish, and basically raw meat covered in condiments. Awful. We did not eat it as we know with no doubt it will make us sick.

Well first I would like to start with, I never do reviews. At the age of 46 this is my second review I have ever done. But Tuesday night at this location was very bad. It was around 8:20 are so pulling up I notice dining was closed so the line drive up line was a bit long. Which I didn’t think it would take 23min to get to the menu to give my order. Then get to the 1st window I will admit the young lady at the register was really nice with a beautiful attitude and respectful. But 8min later when I pulled up to the 2nd window is when the issues started. Window open no hey, hi, hello just 2 drinks reached to me that I didn’t order. Then I get the food and I’m being told I didn’t order what I know what I ordered. So me haven’t eaten meat in over 8yrs I hand her the sandwich back she took the sandwich never came back to the window. the manager came to the window stuck her head out the window and just stared at me with out saying a word. So I finally repeated my order then she started talking being very rude like I was the problem…. Like I don’t understand if you don’t want to work theses jobs why y’all apply for them. Then theses days it don’t make since to ask for a management because there just as lazy and ignorant as the crew members.
I can understand the long wait but the attitude and disrespect I won’t not with me spending my money.

Absolutely appalling behavior from the staff. I watched one of the managers be extremely rude to a customer, and then when the customer asked another employee for that managers name, a third employee walked up and threatened to beat up the employee helping the customer. Then I watched as the employees continued to ignore the employee helping the customer as he tried to get his own food. The employee told me they was standing there for almost an hour waiting for the manager to get him his food, before he gave up and just left.

I went here on 9/25 around 9:50PM. The young lady was mopping the floor when I opened the door. She asks me if I needed something. I said I wanted to order. She tells me I have to use the drive-thru. I clearly see the Dining Room closing hours on the door say 11pm and I mention this. Another older lady who was coming from behind the counter tells the girl to “just let the man order on the kiosk”. I said I can use the drive thru, it’s not a problem. I got in my car and went to Rally’s. I understand working at McDonald’s can be frustrating. I worked as a Swing Manager at McDonald’s for almost 2 years back in college so trust me, I know. However, these days it seems like the same standard of customer service and hospitality that was so adamantly required back then has been lost to time. In lamens terms, customer service is just NOT what it used to be. I felt as if I was bothering them or that I was wrong for wanting to patronize the place. As such, I took my money and business elsewhere and I would encourage anyone else to do the same. That was beyond RIDICULOUS. If you can’t show basic common courtesy to people, you are in the wrong line of work.

**PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION** My mom, sister and I came here right around opening time and was told that we had to come inside because they didn’t have anybody working the drive thru. No one greeted us upon entry, but instead mumbled under their breath. The manager (yes I said MANAGER) was literally touching food with her bare hands after wiping her nose repeatedly while the other employee was eating food behind the counter without a care in this world. Both of them had on bedtime BONNETS which is very unprofessional and unsanitary. I WOULDN’T FEED MY DEAD DOG ANYTHING FROM HERE, JUST TRIFLIN!!

Worst costumer service ever! I never go there but I went to get some food for a friend and the guy that helped me at the drive thru was rude and unprofessional. It’s not the first time that happens. If they don’t like their job just quit and if they decide to stay there, do it well.
