Very friendly and pleasant staff. They are fast. I like how I don’t have to want long to get my food. I really like their diet root beer. I ordered their chicken sandwich with fries. Delicious! Place was really clean.

Culver’s to me is like walking into a corporate like family diner. The staff is both professional and efficient. They are dressed in uniform and well kept. The restaurant is always tidy even during the busiest of times. The restrooms are always clean. In a day and age where it is hard to find somebody to assist you with placing an order or let alone cleaning up in the dining room It is a breath of fresh air when you go into Culver’s because if anything you will be greeted by at least two staff members when you come in the door. They have a great team atmosphere, the management seems to jump right in and hustle just as much. Everybody seems to be cross-trained and can be a food runner for drive-thru, can take orders, can do the bagging and or hand out to go or take out. It is one of my favorite restaurants to go to due to the unique experience. The food is consistently above average or better. !

Kindness and friendliness will always take you a long way in life. It makes a huge difference. Culver’s employees are specifically trained to exhibit those characteristics when they are dealing with customers and it’s one of the main reasons they have become so successful. And serving fresh and tasty food doesn’t hurt!

Good burger, a bit greasy, but overall delicious. The French fries are nice and crispy! The service is very good, they bring your food right to the table, which is nice. Very good price for what you get. I will definitely eat here again. I can’t wait to try one of their many custard flavors!

Ok. This one is easy. Culver’s should barely be considered fast food. The quality of everything they make is top tier. I’ve been eating there for years and I will continue to do so. I recommend dining there to anyone! Their Wisconsin way of looking at food is very welcome to this West Coast guy. Also, I cannot emphasize ordering the custard enough. It is freshly made, comes with an enormous amount of topping choices and is easily as good as ice cream. The service is fast, professional and super friendly. The prices are fair and considering the quality of the food very reasonable. I’m hungry again just writing this review.

Wow! I don’t know where to start this one! First of all, I am so happy to have a Culvers here! I always wait patiently for lent season, since that means one thing on the menu “Walleye” I am Catholic, and observe Fridays as no meat days, through the year. So that means it fish Fridays for me! Well after calling the store yesterday, their beloved Walleye arrived for the lent season. Needles to say, I planned my day around getting a Walleye dinner. In the past it has always been exceptional. Cooked perfectly and delicious. Well, that was not the case this time. I ordered the 3 piece Walleye dinner, so I make it a 2 day meal. First red Flagg, was the increase in price. It really jumped, but I wanted my Walleye. I wait all year long for this, and I bit the bullet and took it home for a feast. I live 20 miles out of town, so I put the pedal to the medal, so it would still be hot. Well, when I opened it up, There were 3 pieces of fish. One large on and 2 very small ones. I guess I should have gotten the 2 piece dinner instead. Being a senior citizen of a very fixed income, that will be the last time I would order the 3 piece dinner. I will stick with the 2 piece or just have the sandwich. The other issue was how it was cooked. It was very greasy, and the filets themselves were not really as thick as they use to be! My question is, did the tariffs have something to due with the huge price increase, and the smaller portions. I believe Culvers gets Walleye from Canada. We see on the internet all the time about fast food chains increasing prices and cutting portion size. I am not giving up on my beloved Walleye. The next time I order a Walleye dinner, I will open it up before I leave. I don’t want to be shocked again!!! Please watch the grease, that was never there before.

My experience has always been great. However , I came here tonight and it’s eleven minutes till they’re about to close and I asked for a piece of fish . I was told that they cannot make that, But yet I was asked what could they make fresh for me? I said I would like Shrimp, i was told they cannot make that for me. So I ordered a burger hold the onions. The burger came with cheddar cheese. I asked if they vould add swiss and Keep the cheddar . . Young lady said okay. I ordered a side of fries for my friend and she got a double bacon cheeseburger. After receiving our food
were driving back i ate a few fries. You could tell that they were not hot and fresh. Now I’m eating my burger at the house and there’s a long hair in it.How disgusting. … I was told when I got to the window that they stopped making fish at ten forty meaning they closed their fryer early . Also there was only swiss on my burger no cheddar. I am in the food business and cannot believe this happened tonight. Not to mention the attitude that I got when I got to the window was unbelievable. Things have been good and i’ve been there many , many times this is my first and only complaint about this place. I may go back but not any time soon.
If you’re open till eleven you should serve everything until 11 . Oh, by the way, and if you order ice cream there you will get put in your place. That it’s called custard.Oh don’t ever say ice cream.

I haven’t been here in years and wanted to try it again. Honestly, totally worth the money and the menu is pretty big. Kinda wish they had one in Vegas , but ill definitely come back whenever I’m in Arizona.

I asked for cheese curds but it was mozzarella cheese instead, which was disappointing, especially since I’m used to Culver’s in Chicago. Thankfully, the ice cream and the fish sandwich were probably the best parts of the meal.
