I love Popeyes chicken but they changed the receipt for the ghost pepper wings. Now they put some-kinda rub they roll the wings in that’s super salty and makes me choke. It’s horrible! There is so much rub on the wings that it’s like a dust that falls off everywhere and is messy. Dip the chicken in the sauce and it’s all over the sauce and not very tasty. No more ghost pepper wings for me!

I cannot rate the atmosphere since I did a drive through. However popeyes is always a favourite. The Cajun fries have an amazing crunch to it. The chicken is always tender and juicy. I added it to my home cooked meal. It was extremely savory.

Horrible. I’ve always prefer this location but the last few times has been disappointing. Chicken was not cook and was pink inside. I ordered 18 pieces wings meal and 2 sandwiches. They only gave me 6 wings, soggy fries and the sandwiches. Felt furious after I got home to realize my order was not there. Will not be going back to this location. Not sure if there was a change in management or staff but they need to do better.

Consistency here isnt in satisfaction its in the ability to get your order wrong or missing items , but of course you got your money for the items. This is literally the only location i have issues at, how does year after year pass without shitty service being addressed. It’s actually impressive

I wish I could give zero star , My girls go to this particular location every Sunday after church, today we ordered and picked up ,on getting home we saw we are missing a sandwich. I went back to the store told the lady that packed the bag. I was missing a sandwich, instead of apologizing and giving us another one, she was arguing with me that she put 2 sandwiches. I was like will I drive 7 minutes back here for sandwich, I asked can I speak to the manager, not knowing she was the one right behind the counter watching the whole thing. I explained to her and she was rude and the lady that packed the bag too.They kept speaking languages to each other. Only one other lady understands because she knows my girls come in there to pick up every Sunday. The lady that packed the bag keeps lying to my face telling me she put 2 sandwiches, that means calling me a liar.I know the manager to be a very rude lady before , but I confirmed it today.

this is the worst popeyes on the island go to the lindenhurst montauk hwy location. the dude they have i guess as the manager now he is beyond rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. i explained this is the 2nd time iv tried to pay ebt and there system is broken.in front of a huge crowd he tried to tell me its my card so i put my phone on speaker and called my card so he could hear there is $400 on the card and he proceeded to keep rudely telling me its still my card. i told him you need to stop advertising you accept ebt but never does! extremely disrespectful don’t eat here or waste your time

Tonight I ordered a 12 pc family meal with Mashed potatoes, mac & cheese. I received the order, drove 20 minutes home to open the box and find 8 wings 3 breast and the sides & biscuits. 8+3=11 why would you give a family 8 wings. You need to do better Popeyes. This was my first and last time I’d ever get Popeyes. At least KFC gives a nice variety of chicken pieces, and they can count past 11. The chicken was just ok. Very disappointed !

This isn’t just the worst popeyes I’ve ever been to, this was literally the worst fastfood I’ve ever had in my life. Ive never been handed something that was so inedible I had to throw it out. I got honeybbq boneless wings and I swear to god they tasted like they were microwaved from frozen, and then reheated in the microwave 10 times before it was handed to me. It was absolutely disgusting I spit it out. The sprite was watered down seltzer and I didn’t even get a fork. Just look at this dog food I was given and they even want me to eat this garbage with my hands.

Cashier was annoyed by questions, and instead of answering just pointed to the menu. I made a mistake comprehending what I was reading and got the wrong order. A simple response to my questions may have helped me.
