This is such a great spot for a comforting and filling lunch. The sandwiches are hearty and delicious, the pizzas are a good size, and the prices are very reasonable. The three of us ate for $38 and we were very happy with our meal. I would definitely go here often if I lived nearby.

I haven’t been to a Schlotzskys in over 25 years. I still remember how good the sandwiches were! The one close by me closed up. I was on a road trip and happened to see one. We decided to give it a try. Just as good as i remember!!!! Everyone in my party thought the same. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of drinks. Especially the tea and lemonade. The fresh lemon wedges were a nice added touch as well. I highly recommend trying their sandwiches!!

Schlotzsky’s is one of the most underrated fast food places. The closest one is over an hour away from me, so eny time im near a location i will drive out of my way to dine here. They always do a great job in all areas. They have nice staff, clean restaurants, good prices and best of all, amazing food! I ordered the Original Supreme It was perfect.

I ordered a giant sized sandwich online today and was given the entirely wrong type of sandwich. I found out after I got home and called. The girl who answered said one moment, put the phone on the counter and I could literally hear them still. She laughed about it, openly said they knew they added the wrong toppings and ended it off by saying well thats what I get for “them being new” and then they both laughed loud. I was nice enough to brush it off but my lady heard it all on speaker and called back, they put the manager on and the first thing he did was deny it and say the laughter wasn’t related though he didn’t ask us any further than just a quick explanation. Then I told him it was not muted, we heard every word, and that I know the same person owns all of the schlotzskys in town and that he would have never acted that way or treated a customer like that, especially near closing time. He went silent and then she hung up. Who wants to go to a location where the manager will immediately lie? Who wants to go to a restaurant where they will mess up your order and laugh about it when you call?

We drove from Flint (1hr & 50min drive- one way) to eat here, again. I’ve loved Schlotzsky’s since I was a kid. I’ve lived in Texas, and New Mexico, where there are a lot more of these restaurants around. I’m just glad MI does have a couple! I get the Original, in giant size, that way I have extra to take home.

A flatbread pizza folded in half is not a calzone. It wasn’t bad, but it certainly wasn’t what I wanted. Service was blah, tables weren’t clean. Menu descriptions haven’t been updated in three years, but I’m told the prices definitely have. First time in a Schlotzsky’s, probably the last.

Love their food, service was fast however the place is getting pretty dirty! Lots of dust on window sills, seemed like the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped for some time, the bathroom needed cleaning and it looks generally rundown. It’s too bad because their sandwiches are delicious and employees are friendly and polite.

Best place to grab a quick sandwich or pizza in Battle Creek. Their service is fast and prompt. Awesome food. Prices are very reasonable. Ample space to sit for small to medium groups. Take out is quick. I have been eating here since couple of days and the never had any bad experiences. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Always smiling and greeting you.

Stopped by because the reviews were very positive, and wanted a quick lunch. We ordered the new Turkey Smokecheesy, which was on some great sourdough with warm turkey and spicy mayo. It was a great sandwich and the medium size is very filling by itself. The turkey is piled high and the chipotle mayo is a great compliment to the sandwich. The sourdough was really soft and using a round of sourdough is clever.
We tried some Cinnabon center of the rolls but they were pretty disappointing — the Cinnabons don’t taste fresh at all. They were dry and made up of torn up Cinnabon minis.
It’s a bit expensive. Two medium sandwiches, two cinnabons, and two drinks was $31. However, the sandwich was really good. The drink station was clean and well kept. The service was okay, not great. She seemed a little depressed at the register but was fine to work with. Wish they had more drink options at the fountain.
