I had a great experience at Glendale McDonald’s today around 1:30 pm. I used the curbside pickup, and the wait was only a few minutes. The employee who brought out my order was polite and professional. Most importantly, the food was perfect—exactly how I ordered it and steaming hot. It’s been a while since I’ve had McDonald’s fries this fresh and delicious.

Extremely rude. Got annoyed when asked questions. Sounded irritated when asked for condiments. Said would put some in bag and parked us. Got home and NO CONDIMENTS. Also asked for no onion on my burger due to it making me ill but, as you can see, they put onions on it. So they don’t follow directions well and are very rude. Get out of the industry if you can’t handle the job fellas. Also, the manager brought our food wearing a t-shirt and jeans. I’ve heard how much these managers make and your dressing like you are heading to Walmart. I keep going expecting different treatment but now I’m going to call them out

Everything about our order was fine it took a minute for it to come out no biggie….However I’m assuming the lady running the window was a manager and the way she treated the staff was unacceptable especially the way she yelled at the nice girl in the pink hat who is there every time I’m there and has always been amazing at her job! There was no reason to talk to her like that even if you are busy someone needs to go back to training.

These people do not know how to read their own screen. I order an egg cheese bagel extra sauce everytime and everytime they mess it up. Today they put steak and onion when I am allergic to onions. They do not know how to do their jobs. They can’t even put sauce in the bag.

Ordered a double quarter got a single, then I had to wait forever and it was under cooked and soaked in grease. By the time I got to eat the fries were cold. Note the food is overpriced.
