Every year when driving to Florida, I usually stop for some gut bombs. My annual Krystal colon cleanse. And I love it! I have to add a little more mustard and I prefer extra pickles, but overall it was exactly what I ordered and expected. This location is clean, food was good, tots were crispy, burgers were fresh. Service was quick and kind. Eating area was clean. Not sure of the bathroom though. But it is Krystal’s so buyer beware.

Fresh and hot fries and Krystals. The kids menu is rather misleading though; Why not just list the cost of the happy meal in total instead of adding the fries and drink in separately? If the 1 Krystal, kids fry and drink was $5.99 + tax, would a 4 pc nugget kids meal really cost $12? Anyways, just went for the Krystal’s anyway. They were amazing, as always!

Came to Krystals to pickup a door dash order in rinngold ga and took order to customer and was informed missing drink went back to krystals to let them know and lady in drive thru that gave me the order said it didn’t show a drink but clearly on receipt it did and she got rude and said there was nothing she could do wasn’t her problem and shut windows in my face.. not sure of her name because there wasn’t a name tag visible.

Picked up food for my family on a road trip spent 42 dollars my burger was raw my wife’s looked fine and my daughters did too. We are the kind of people to let it slide so I just threw mine out and carried on but even tho my daughters was cooked there must have been other problems with it bc not 15 minutes later she threw up everywhere and when I tried to call this Krystal’s to tell them to check the meat and clean the kitchen ,they don’t answer bc they have not updated the phone number

I went through the drive up window and got a box of 24 crystals , on my way home from work at 10:00 pm. There was no one in line and it took them forever while I waited, pulled up out of the way. When I finally got them they were soggy and inedible. I didn’t find that out until I got home though. The next morning I brought them back to get a refund of my $47.20. What I got was charged again. Now I am out $94.40 ( I dug my receipt out of the garbage and I have proof now.) I didn’t have my receipt this morning when I went to correct the mistake but I had my Bank statement on my telephone. And I am sure it was all recorded on camera. She would not return my money. I called the police who came out and told me that it was a civil matter and that I would have to talk to corporate about the matter or take civil action. Then as I was leaving he made me come back just to tell me to leave and not come back. You couldn’t pay me enough money to ever pull into another Krystal’s parking lot!!! I went home and tried to call corporate who has no phone number and none of the stores have phone numbers!!

Went through the drive through. My ticket has a ops and service fee added to the total. Got down the road and they didn’t even bother to give us forks with our chili cheese fries. Won’t be going back to this place.

every single time i come here they mess my order up. day shift rushes orders and doesn’t listen. night shift rushes and is rude every single night i’ve been. any time i ask for cheese on anything it is the saddest thing i’ve ever seen. i paid extra for cheese fries and this is what i got. this is only one out of the 15+ bad experiences i have had at this place.

i went in here a few days ago last week and ordered food, the bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in i don’t know how long. the soda i got tasted like it was poisoned or something like its old or not cleaned, my krystals were thrown onto the counter at me by a rude manager and by my knowledge she wasnt clocked in and she was cussing and yelling across the whole restaurant with a few customers inside the store, a little bit later i went through the drive thru and had to wait a while for anyone to acknowledge me at the speaker, then the little girl working at the window hit my order wrong and gave me the wrong amount of cash back. will not go to this store again and i hope it gets shut down eventually

Well i really hate the fact that I now have to swear off Krystal’s and never eat it again. I would not recommend coming here the lady at the drive thru apparently failed to inform me that the Krystal’s they were serving that night were the bean boozled edition because I have never had Krystal’s that tasted like wet dog with fish paste on it before that being said Ive never ran to my toilet faster then proceeded to empty the contents of my stomach I would probably avoid this place
